Pros:

5月上旬に夫婦で一泊しました。レビューがいまひとつだったので心配しましたがたいへん快適な滞在でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋はわりと広く、設備が整っていて快適です。窓からの眺めもみごとでした。場所はにぎやかな旧市街の（川を挟んで）反対側ですが、徒歩圏内なのでまったく問題ありません。徒歩数分の場所に安いスーパーがあり、パンなどを買うことができます。全体に満足できる滞在でした。もちろん、それなりに高い宿なので値段相応ということかもしれません。

emplacement parfait à 2 pas du marché
parking en face de l'hotel

Cons:

le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre (12deg et pluie le matin à Bilbao à mon arrivée)
literie tres moyenne (les pieds du lits sont sur le point de s'effondrer, les roulettes à l'avant du lit assurent une certaine "mobilité" du lit...)
