I stayed only there 3 days what a dump ... breakfast don't bother it was cold and food looked like it had been sat there for hours 😔... reception...I asked a member of staff if they could give me a wake up call as my flight was early morning 2.40 am ...no call as the guy on nights was too busy making out in reception on the sofa with his g/f. .other ppl will have to sit on that ..yukkkk not very professional.. Drunken duck 🦆 is the best for breakfast lunch and a Sunday dinner...

Hi everyone, with a heavy heart I write this rewiews what a complete waste of time and a lot of money, the rooms were filthy dirty our toilet leaked and took forever to get sorted so our bathroom floor was constantly soaked...The food was absolutely awful and we ate out the majority of the time as even salad and bread upset my mom's tummy. Please please if you want to enjoy your hoilday then avoid this hotel like the plague...the only pleasant thing I have to say is the majority of the staff are ok...its such a shame because santa susanna is beautiful.

I am extremely satisfied, I expected the worst, but in fact the hotel is wonderful, the breakfast is wonderful every day, the food is varied and the choice is overwhelming, the staff is very friendly, the location is 100/10, 5 minutes walk to the sea, I am very satisfied, I will come next year 100%

Rather 2 then 3 star. Food quality snd asortment was not stable. From 6 dsys 3 diners deserved 3 star. Breskfast very sober with fluffy croisants. Airco not cold enough, walls are hot in room. Staff friendly. Rooms are clean but had fruitflies

execrable food, non-existent entertainment, drinks by the portion and this for all inclusive. I do not recommend, unless you are 80 years old and retired

The room was small for 4. Beds blocked the wardrobe. There was a double balcony but the entrance to half of it was blocked by a fake wall. It was noisy, with the balcony overlooking the neighbouring hotel with loud air conditioning units. The pool was nice and there was free parking nearby. It was a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was good but the staff were militant about taking a pastry out if the dining room with me, literally chasing after me to shout at me.

fue la mejor experiencia que tuve sin duda, nada mas entrar me recibio el recepcionista jorge, con una sonrisa y una compañia excelente, no me he encontrado en ningun hotel alguien de una manera tan amigable, por el, volvere 100% asegurado al hotel, desde luego que se merece que le suban el sueldo, o incluso que le ascendieran por que es una persona maravillosa enserio.

L’hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses 3 étoiles. Dès l’arrivée, les draps étaient sales +poils ou cheveux ?
Cela sentait le renfermé et une odeur désagréable émanait du placard, ce qui ne donnait pas envie de s'installer. L’ensemble n’était pas accueillant.

Au fil du séjour, la situation s’est aggravée : de l’eau de la climatisation coulait directement dans la chambre, puis une fuite importante est apparue. L’hôtel a simplement placé une poubelle dessous pour récupérer l’eau. La dernière nuit, une autre fuite dans la salle de bains, le rideau a dû être condamné et toute l’eau stagnait dans la baignoire, dégageant une odeur nauséabonde.

Quand j’ai demandé une solution, on m’a proposé une petite pièce avec un lit simple, qui ressemblait plus à un placard qu’à une vraie chambre. Il faut savoir que c'est une nuit à plus de 130 €. Résultat : je n’ai pas dormi la dernière nuit, ni les 2 premières nuits, faute de draps propres, j’ai dû être hébergée dans l’hôtel d’une autre personne.

Le réceptionniste, bien que calme et accueillant, se contentait de répéter que ce n’était pas de sa faute. Je n’ai rien à lui reprocher personnellement et c’est uniquement grâce à son attitude que je mets 3 étoiles pour le personnel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est correct.

Le remboursement de la dernière nuit m’a été refusé. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement, d’autant qu’il existe à proximité d’autres hôtels bien meilleurs – mais je ne l’ai découvert qu’une fois sur place.

Las camas son comodas,pero el comedor deja de desear,se quedaron sin pan i un camarero me dijo que lo sentia que el panadero no estaba a la disposición las 24 horas,o sea necesita una reforma por completo.

We’re just about to leave, I feel overall we had a positive experience. The hotel itself definitely needs some modernization. The rooms are very outdated however we only sleep in the rooms, so this wasn’t too much of a disappointment. The food was edible, if you like fish then you will be fine. It’s very repetitive though. It gets very busy in the evening, sometimes you’re queuing whilst a table becomes free. Reception was always helpful when we required their support! A massive shout out to Alex and Rebun from the bar, always have a smile on their faces even when busy! Not sure on the Bar Managers name, but he was always making jokes with the children and seems friendly. The entertainment staff were very good with my kids, very chatty which was nice! Didn’t attend much but when we did the kids had a good time. Swimming pool is on the smaller side and the sun loungers get taken very quickly. We would definitely return in the future.

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was beyond awful. From the moment I arrived, everything was filthy. The room had a red stain all over the wall. Both the room and the hallway had a constant musty smell that was very unpleasent, and the furniture was warn out and old.

The food situation was even worse. The tableware was dirty and the meals tasted absolutely disgusting — I actually had to spit out a bite because it tasted that bad. I don’t eat meat, and there were no vegetarian options available. I had paid for the meals already and yet, had to spend even more money eating outside because of this. When I brought up my concerns and asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. No compensation.

Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this place. I know it’s cheap, but it’s not worth it.

Look everyone , this hotel you get what you pay for , the food is good , the pool is ok , the staff are good and your 3mins walk from beach , don’t turn up expecting all those extras , enjoy yourself and the the brilliant shops and bars .

No vovere

Not sure where to start, didn't eat a meal in the hotel, basically fish ALL the time, food was constantly cold, told the waitress and advised to use the microwave 🤣

Rooms basic and small, beds squashed up next to each other. Shower rail fell after every shower, saturating the floor... didn't have house keeping daily!

No views from the rooms, rooms stink of food being cooked in the surrounding hotels!!!

Small pool, limited sun loungers.

Spanish families seem to stay Friday to Sunday, and seem to cause carnage!!

My partner got an electric shock off a plug hanging off the wall...

All in all, horrendous place!! Spoke to the reception desk DAILY, offered a different room, all rooms are the same, so then we were offered another hotel, but would of cost us an extra 200 euros!! We spent the extra 200 euros on food!!!

Budget.... more like a hostel!!!

Avoid at all costs!!!

Perfect hotel for summer holiday. Nice people work there especially in the dining room. Great food! Clean flat! Everything what we need.
