The hotel itself offers a fairly comfortable stay. As for the beach club, however, I would say that it does not live up to its price category, considering the shared showers, dirty carpeted walkways, and canopies that fail to provide shade for the sun loungers for around 80% of the day, from morning until evening.

Aber insgesamt ist es zu empfehlen, wenn man nahe des Zentrums und des Strandes sein will.
Pros:

Aussenbereich (Bar/Lounge) sehr schön gehalten. Lage ist ganz nah zum Zentrum und Strand. Beachclub Remo (Strand) ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Eher kleine Zimmer, kleine technische Fehler im Zimmer (Dusche, Sonnenstoren)

It was great when it was a real boutique hotel and family owned. I think it lost its charm!
Pros:

The location is great and individually the staff are great but I feel it lacks mid management!

Cons:

It’s been refurbished since the last time I stayed there but I’m told it’s going to be completely renovated by year end. There is a major issue with noise, if your room is above the garage, you hear every car rolling in and out. Also, housekeeping staff don’t realize how much noise they are creating while vacuuming and cleaning rooms. Their conversations alone could wake up the whole floor. It’s not peaceful at all. Again, I feel it lacks mid management or a proper chain to run this hotel!

The only place I would stay at in Forte Dei Marmi
Pros:

Everything was perfect there is nothing not to like. From the moment we stepped in the hotel we can feel the special treatment a special thanks to Reem who was wonderful and helped us with everything from the first day in Forte Dei Marmi. The location is amazing, the beach club too. The rooms are well fitted with everything you need
