Pros:

Great location, staff, service and near to SMN train station,
Nearby Restaurants and key places to visit
Early checkin was allowed and also they kept our luggage for few hours after checkout

Pros:

The location is very close train station for traveling so it’s very nice.

Cons:

The shower is very small and you have to shut off the ac every time you leave the room so when it’s very hot outside you have to come back to a hot room. The beds are comfy but the blankets are very thin just a bedsheet so when the ac does kick in and you wanna sleep with a blanket there is only the sheet and an extra quilt in the closet.

An excellent location to be able to walk into Florence and around the beautiful amazing sights.
Pros:

It's a city location about 400m from the main Florence station but that said it was a piecful stay. the room was located on the 3rd floor of a biulding occupied by other accommodation providers. it was on the back over looking a courtyard and other buildings. We opted out of breakfast but found and amazing place over the road that I would highly recommend with a beautiful garden to sit in to enjoy your food. it was called L'Incontro Bar - Restorante. Highly recommended!

Cons:

the hotel was perfect of it's use whilst we explored the city. It was simple a room with en-suite and tea/coffee making facilities. Nothing negative to add.

位置離火車站近，但附近比較髒亂且有遊民，房間有長椅能提供平台擺放旅行時的物品，接待服務和客房清潔不錯

Cons:

房間走道偏小，攤開兩個行李箱有點卡。

Pros:

A bit expensive for what it is, But the room was very clean. Location is very easy to access and Nadia from the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The first night we thought the A/C didn't work, but the next day we found out that they set the temperature for you, we had to request to set it up a cooler because it was very hot the first night. There is an A/C control in the room, but it doesn't really set the temperature, they do it from the outside desk.

We did not try the breakfast. The staff was AMAZING so helpful!!

It was loud.. not the staffs fault of course but the other guests were loud and you can hear everything thru the thin walls
