Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Berna for a few nights and it was perfect, a nice room and bathroom, and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Hotel Berna is one block from the Florence SMN train station, so after spending a night at the BCN airport and arriving early the next morning, it was perfect to be so close to thre train station.

Although I was initially planning to arrive past reception hours, the staff was helpful to send the necessary steps required in advance, like send a copy if my passport and pay a city tax online prior to arrival so I could access the building and room keys through access codes.

Pros:

Gostei da cordialidade da equipe da recepção e do café da manhã que é muito gostoso. O hotel é bem próximo à estação de trem e as instalações são bem novas.

Cons:

O elevador é muito pequeno e o hotel fica no 3º andar o que dificultapara subir as malas. A televisão do quarto também é muito pequena, mas acredito que numa cidade linda como Florença ninguem quer ficar vendo TV.
