Zeer teleurstellende ervaring
Cons:

Ik raad dit hotel absoluut niet aan.

Bij aankomst kwamen wij in een kamer terecht die niet schoon was. Er lagen haren in het bed en in de badkamer, er zaten vlekken op verschillende plekken en in de koelkast lag zelfs bedorven fruit. Daarnaast hing er een onaangename geur in de kamer. Dit is niet wat je mag verwachten van een hotel.

Wij hebben dit direct gemeld bij de receptie. Uiteindelijk kregen we een andere kamer aangeboden, maar deze was kleiner en voldeed niet aan de kamer die wij hadden geboekt. We hebben aangegeven dat we graag een vergelijkbare kamer wilden als waarvoor we hadden betaald, maar volgens het hotel was die niet beschikbaar.

Na deze teleurstellende ervaring hebben wij gevraagd om een redelijke oplossing en een (gedeeltelijke) terugbetaling. Helaas weigerde manager Jean hier op enige manier in mee te denken. Ondanks de duidelijke klachten en foto’s van de hygiëneproblemen bleef hij vasthouden aan het standpunt dat er geen enkele compensatie mogelijk was.

Het meest teleurstellende was niet alleen de staat van de kamer, maar vooral de manier waarop met ons als gasten is omgegaan. Er was weinig begrip, geen verantwoordelijkheid en geen bereidheid om tot een klantvriendelijke oplossing te komen.

Voor de prijs die wij hebben betaald hadden wij een schone kamer en goede service verwacht. Helaas hebben wij beide niet gekregen.

Wij zullen hier niet meer terugkomen en kunnen dit hotel dan ook niet aanbevelen.

Pros:

Great location, rooms cleaned daily, mini fridge, beautiful balcony with small chairs to watch the sunset, friendly staff.

Cons:

Pretty small rooms that could be arranged a bit better with the bed and table etc. but otherwise it was a good stay for a few nights.

Excelente localização, custo benefício e atendimento!
Pros:

Localização maravilhosa. Pertinho do Arco do Triunfo e da estação de metrô Charles des Gaulle. Atendimento muito cordial e equipe prestativa e simpática. Limpeza muito boa, cama confortável. Ar condicionado bom.

Cons:

Elevador muito lento.

Chambre agréable. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.
Pros:

la chambre sur cour était bien disposée, avec un petit coin salon/ bureau. Le fait qu'elle donnait sur cour était très appréciable lors de la canicule.

Cons:

tout était bien. Si je devais suggérer quelque chose ce serait d'ajouter des tablettes pour ranger les trousses de toilette dans la salle de bain.
