Agréable
Pros:

Les personnes qui travaillent à l’hôtel sont très sympathiques. Ils ont gentiment gardé ma valise avant et après le check-in/out. L’emplacement est également très agréable.

Cons:

Ma chambre n’était pas aussi bien que je l’espérais. La serviette était un peu déchirée, il manquait un peu de renouvellement du matériel et la propreté pouvait être améliorée. Je ne sais pas si cela est dû au fait que j’ai récupéré la chambre 30 minutes avant l’heure prévue.

Cela reste néanmoins de petits détails, mais qui peuvent faire la différence.

بصراحه كنت اقرى تعليقات سلبيه وايجابيه عن الاوتيل وكنت مترددة جدا ، لكن قررت اخوض التجربه .. وللاسف كانت فاشلة وياليتني

اكثر شي عجبني وجود تكييف + الحمام كبير ونظيف + الموقع ممتاز

Cons:

تعامل سيء من الموظفين ! خصوصا من المرأه كبيره السن في الرسبشن !
- الغرفه صغيره جدا جدا مافي مكان تصلي فيه ، اذا اغراضك وشنطك كثيره راح تتوهقون لان الغرفه لا تكفي الا شخص واحد فقط
- البلكونه صغيره ما تكفي حتى قطو ! وترقى لها رقي يعني كنها شباك لازم تنقز عشان تدخلها 😂( ماعرف يمكن غرفتنا بس لان حطونا في الدور السادس اخر دور فالمنظر كان يخرع شوي )
- والمهم والاهم عانينا طووول فتره السكن من الدبابير و البراغييث !! حشرااات تدخل من الشباك ولازم الشباك تقفلونه 24 ساعه
- وترا مافيه احد ياخذ شنطك انت تطلعها بنفسك ..
- واذا طلعت تخلي بطاقة الدخول عندهم ممنوع تطلع فيها
- مافيه بقالات قريبه صراحه لازم تمشي شوي .. فيه كوفيهات بس

a perfect stay in paris, the staff were lovely and very helpful and the location was perfect

Pros:

The hotel was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for our trip. A special thank you for accommodating my request for a room with a balcony, as this was our first family trip together and it made our stay even more memorable.
A big thank you to Veronique and the entire team for the wonderful service and warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Paris!

Localização fantástica, ótimo custo-benefício
Pros:

A localização é o ponto forte. Poucos passos do metrô e do Arco do Triunfo. Pertinho da champs elysees. Tem cafés e mercados perto, quebra um galho enorme. O atendimento da recepção é muito bom. A limpeza é ok, não como a do Brasil, mas para o padrão europeu achei ok. Vi reclamações sobre ar condicionado, mas acho que funcionou bem, não ficou super gelado, mas não passamos calor.

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno, a mesa de apoio é pequena. Fomos em casal + uma criança, então com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro ficou bem apertado. Como realmente usamos apenas para dormir, não impactou tanto. Faltou um pouco mais de espaço para conseguir guardar e abrir as malas com mais conforto guardar as roupas. Como estávamos em 3 e uma pessoa era criança tinha bastante bagagem. Provavelmente para um casal funciona bem.
A janela dá para uma parede do prédio do lado, não tem vista, mas já sabia disso. Só achei ruim o guarda-corpo da janela MUITO BAIXO. Achei perigoso, em especial com criança, isso nos fez ter que deixar a janela sempre fechada. Poderiam subir um pouco a grade por questão de segurança. Sorte que o ar condicionado era ok.

Personnel souriant et à serviable

Cons:

il faut que les agents à la réception posent systématiquement la question si les hôtes sont venus en voiture et si c'est le cas donner le code de sortie du parking de l'hôtel. Cela évitera de retourner à la réception pour le réclamer.
Certes il y a un panneau géant à l'entrée du parking "demander le code du parking à la réception" mais lorsqu'on fait de longs trajet la seule chose à laquelle on pense c'est de monter à sa chambre et se reposer.
C'est un petit détail mais quand-même assez important.

Lovely hotel, great location, and very kind staff!
Pros:

Great location, room, and staff! The hotel is very accessible to all the places we wanted to visit. Short walk to the metro and bus stops. Property is lovely, we stayed in a triple room with a balcony, lots of space, beds are comfortable, and a good view of the Arc de Triomphe from the balcony. The staff are very kind and sweet. We stayed in this hotel before and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!

Cons:

Breakfast option would be nice, although it wasnt a big deal. There were many options nearby.

Great location!
Pros:

The hotel is nice, comfortable, and clean.
Fast and free Wi-Fi.
The room had everything we needed, and they were also very accommodating and provided an extra bed. There’s even a shelf in the shower!!!
Great location. There is also a paid underground parking garage right in front of the building.

Cons:

There is a little mold in some areas of the bathroom. The rooms need regular maintenance.
Overall, the reception staff were nice, but unfortunately, the lady who welcomed us on the first day wasn’t particularly friendly :(
