Pros:

After checking in we asked for extra towels and told no one gets extra towels. Also asked for one extra pillow and was told only housekeeping has them and front desk lady said I will receive it tomorrow. Next day when returning in the evening still no pillow. However the gentleman at the front deck was able to get even though housekeeping was gone. Most importantly there was black mold in our bathroom and they offered us different room.

Pros:

Great area to stay! Very safe and walkable everywhere, rooms clean and decent, the only complain was the size of them! Super small! Hardly any room to place luggage, other than that I loved the balcony view and the service from staff, breakfast was ok, I wish it was included. This street can get very loud all night long. Not much with cars but loud people walking by and talking loud!

Hotel is in a nice location with many great restaurants nearby and close to the Metro. The area outside the hotel was fairly quiet too. All but 1 staff was friendly.

I was so excited to stay here but was extremely disappointed with our room. We were on the ground floor which was not pictured in any of the pictures provided. I booked this hotel based on the beautiful pictures and got a room with frosted glass panels covering the bottom half of the windows. It felt like we were in a basement. The lady who checked us in blamed me for not booking a higher class of room and was unsympathetic and told me I wouldn't need windows anyway because I would want A/C. The picture of the room type I booked did not match what we got at all. There was no offer for a discount or any other perk based on the false advertising, no apology. I found her defensive and rude. She said there was nothing she could do. Expedia tried reaching out on my behalf too and was told the same thing. Poor customer service.

Our room was also right outside the elevator and stairs on the main level so we heard everyone coming and going and their suitcases.

If you book a classic triple room, be wary.

Wonderful hotel in Paris, with view from the balconies to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe is amazing. Rooms are quite spacious for the Paris and clean.

Pros:

Do not stay here unless you enjoy damaged room terrible service, shoebox size rooms labeled as ‘deluxe doubles’ an open window with 1 foot ledge labeled as a ‘balcony’ overflowing showers. This is basically someone’s dirty home modified into a rundown ‘hotel’ disrupting this charge if I don’t get my refund.
