Limpesa, qualidade, espaço, cuidado e conforto das instalações.

Da quantidade de funcionários.
Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários do hotel e cafeteira. Porém, nao ha um funcionário dedicado exclusivamente ao atendimento das demandas do hotel, os funcionários se dividiem entre os serviços do hotel e da cafeteira e isso gerou um espera desconfortável no momento do check in.

Die Lage Nähe der Kathedrale im Centrum ist super. Tiefgarage direkt gegenüber. Wir würden freundlich und hilfsbereit eingewiesen. Aber sehr eng, nichts für größere PKWs.
Schallhemmende Fenster,vom Straßenverkehr war nichts zu hören.

Cons:

Frühstück a la Karte nur in der Patisserie. Haben darauf verzichtet.

This was my last stay in Spain after 3 weeks and it left me with extra fond memories of that country
Pros:

The outstanding aspect of the hotel is the staff. All are friendly and helpful, but of special note are Maribel, Antonio and Emilio. I was given a free upgrade (sssh!) from a tiny single room to double room with balcony. The double glazing for the balcony room is amazing as it occasionally gets a little noisy. The glazing cuts out all the noise.

I was able to get a coffee at 5am from the night manager Emilio, with a smile. The location is brilliant, being located very close to the Basilica plaza and the historic town.

Overall 10 out of 10.

Cons:

Tiny room initially allocated via Booking.com But a free upgrade fixed this!

El trato recibido,el personal de recepción nos atendió de maravilla siempre con una sonrisa, la cama es muy grande y cómoda, hotel restaurado y limpio , les pedi que si podía utilizar la ducha ya que yo tenía una carrera y terminaba fuera de plazo cuando teníamos que salir de la habitación y no dudaron en ofrecerme una ducha, muchas gracias por todo y no dudo que volveré al hotel Sauce porque la atención a sido de 10

Ubicación perfecta. La comodidad de la habitación era excelente a pesar de que era el último piso nos encantó el cuarto. La comida excelente.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó y entiendo que lo pueden arreglar es la ducha se le salía mucho el agua hacía a fuera. Tuvimos que usar solo la bañera.
