Maravillosa estancia en el corazón de Zaragoza
Pros:

Me gustó todo. Llegamos a las 21:30 y nos hicieron un upgrade gratuito a una habitación más grande. La cafeteria está abierta 24h, desayunar allí es maravilloso. La comida y los dulces excelentes. La atención del personal fantastico, las habitaciones limpias y cama super comoda. Está en el corazón de Zaragoza, muy centrico y comodo.No dudaré en volver.

Cons:

No es que no me gustara, pero aparcar dentro del parking, sobre todo si vas con un coche grande, puede resultar un poco complicado. Hay que bajar dos plantas y el acceso es bastante estrecho. Además, al ser un parking privado dentro de un condominio, conviene tener cuidado tanto al bajar como al subir para evitar rozar el coche. Aun así, el personal te acompaña en todo momento y te ayuda dándote indicaciones, tanto durante la bajada como en la subida, lo cual se agradece mucho.

Excelente estancia, muy recomendable
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, instalaciones limpias y bien mantenidas, muy linda la habitación asignada, y la cafetería excelente. Nos permitieron hacer el check in a nuestra llegada antes de la hora señalada, lo cual fue maravilloso.

Établissement pratique en plein centre de Saragosse
Pros:

Situation idéale en plein centre historique, à deux pas de tout (la Seu, le Pilar, les musées, les restos aussi). Personnel aimable. Service de chambre quotidien. Il y a forcément beaucoup d'animation dans cet hyper-centre, mais le double vitrage protège efficacement des bruits extérieurs pendant la nuit (à condition de dormir fenêtre fermée ...).

Cons:

Le stress, c'est le parking (pour les gens voyageant en voiture, bien sûr). L'hôtel dispose de quelques places dans un parking souterrain à deux pas, dans la même rue. Mais c'est super étroit ET super raide. Heureusement que j'ai été accompagné et guidé à la fois à l'arrivée et au départ. Coût: 19 € par jour (mai 2026).

Hotel cómodo y céntrico
Pros:

El hotel está en pleno centro, las camas son muy cómodas

La fachada estaba en obras por lo que no podíamos salir al balcón, cubierto con andamios
El parking no es apto para todos los conductores, es enrevesado y estrecho. Afortunadamente estaba mi hermano y me pudo sacar el coche, que me había costado un montón meterlo

Loved this charming hotel with the most amazing cakes!

Room was beautifully refurbished. Bed linen lust lovely. Staff were charming, parking close by.

A great stay, great staff, good bedding, new shower.....
Pros:

The staff are one of the main attractions, all so welcoming and pleasant, they are very kind. One downside, at least for me is the scaffolding outside part or at least adjacent to the hotel, it detracts from the kerb appeal, but not an issue when you are inside. It is a pity though....

The staff, the location, the room, the cafe/bakery below... it was all great!

Cons:

We loved the place. The only things that would have made it better are an electric tea kettle, a small refrigerator, and possibly a small table and chairs.

Cidade surpreendente e hotel estilo parisiense.
Pros:

A localização é perfeita. Todos os principais pontos turísticos são feitos a pé. O hotel é um charme. Parece estar em Paris. A cafeteria do casal é maravilhosa. Vale a pena. Atendimento muito gentil. Não tem frigobar, mas tem um ótimo cofre. Guardaram nossas bagagens após o check out.

Cons:

Fiquei no quarto 109 e o banheiro não tinha janela nem exaustor. Na madrugada ao abrir a porta sentíamos um cheiro muito forte de mofo. Após banho e aeração do quarto com aberturas das janelas, o cheiro melhorava. Mas na noite seguinte retornava. Avisei ao dono que disse que iria resolver.
