Alles top. Sauberkeit und Größe des Zimmers. Frühstück toll. Super Auswahl. Schöne Frühstücksterasse. Sehr gut war der vom Hotel angebotene Shuttle-Service, der für 5,-- Euro pro Zimmer in Anspruch genommen werden konnte. Damit kam man innerhalb von fünf Minuten entweder zum Bahnhof oder an den Strand (und zurück). Dieser Shuttle-Service konnte dann, wenn man unterwegs war, spontan per WhatsApp einfach zu jeder vollen Stunde gebucht werden. Toll. Denn die Parkplätze in Levanto sind rar, bzw. voll und frühzeitig befüllt.
Erwähnenswert ist die tolle Poolanlage. Super am Hang angelegt. Tolles großes Becken, mit einem zweiten großen Sitzbecken, bzw. Whirlpool. Super gepflegt und es war sogar ab Mittag ein "Bademeister" da, der sich um alles gekümmert hat (Kaffee oder Eis auf Wunsch, usw.). Der Poolbereich war mit ausreichend guten Liegen und Sonnenschirmen versorgt. Es war außergewöhnlich wenig Betrieb für einen Pool dieser Klasse. Sehr ruhig und auch logistisch einfach klasse.
Die Zimmer waren gefliest, und es befanden sich zwei richtig tolle, hochwertige Schränke (Schrank und Vitrine mit Kühlschrank) darin. Dies mag komisch klingen, aber diese massiven Holzschränke, die richtig gut verarbeitet waren, liessen sich gut anfassen und sie wirkten im schön dekorierten Raum und machten einfach einen professionelleren Eindruck, als "Leichtbau-Spar-Möbel"! (ist halt so, auch wenn es verwöhnt und abgehoben klingen mag).
Erwähnenswert ist auch der Umgang des Hotelpersonals mit uns als Gäste. Die nötige Diskretion und Unaufdringlichkeit, auch Distanziertheit, die man sich auch als Gast wünscht, wenn man seine "Ruhe" haben will...und zum anderen immer die Höflichkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit, wenn man etwas nachgefragt oder einen "Extra-Wunsch" hatte. Die Betten, bzw. das große Doppelbett, das wie ein einzelnes Bett gewirkt hat, war prima. Kein Gestellrahmen, der einen einschränkt, sondern ein offenes Bett.

Cons:

Das Hotel spielt ja preislich und auch im allgemeinen Niveau in der Oberklasse mit. Daher finde ich gehört es dazu, das LADEMÖGLICHKEITEN für Elektroautos angeboten werden. Es waren auch viele Elektroautos immer wieder an den Parkplätzen erkennbar. Zum anderen bietet die Ortschaft Levanto, wie auch Italien im Allgemeinen, keine super tolle Ladelogistik an. Hier hätte man als Gast bedeutend mehr Gelassenheit, wenn man über Nacht am Hotel in Ruhe laden könnte. Verstehen tu ich das nicht, denn hier könnte der Betreiber sogar noch Geld verdienen.

De ontvangst bij aankomst was onvriendelijk en niet gastvrij. Later bij verblijf was dit verder prima. Helaas geen balkon of buitenruimte bij kamer.

L éloignement géographique est certes intéressant mais nécessite le recours à la navette payante pour chaque trajet, d autant que l établissement ne dispose pas de restaurant ( 5€ par trajet et par chambre)

Cons:

Unica piccola pecca è la mancanza di un servizio cena seppur light per chi non ha intenzione di prendere la macchina una volta arrivati. Purtroppo non potendo trovare nulla a portata di mano per la cena occorre per forza prendere l’auto e nei periodi affollati la zona ha una notevole complessità nella gestione dei parcheggi. Per le ore diurne l’hotel invece fornisce una comoda navetta che consente di spostarsi agevolmente.

Sehr schön gelegenes familiengeführtes kleines Hotel in den Bergen oberhalb von Levanto. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Klasse ist der (kostenpflichtige) Shuttleservice vom und zum Zentrum von Levanto oder zum Bahnhof. Letzteres ermöglicht einem einen einfachen Einstieg in die Erkundung der Cinque Terre, da die fünf Orte am einfachsten per Bahn erreichbar sind. Schöner Pool!

Die fantastische Lage der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer, die schön angelegte Anlage zwischen Orangen, Zitronen und Olivenbäumen. Die Ruhe. Der schöne Pool und natürlich das Frühstück.

Da fällt mir eigentlich nur die extrem steile Auffahrt zum Hotel ein.

Excelente local para se hospedar e explorar Cinque Terre.

Tudo muito bom. Quarto amplo e confortável. Excelente café da manhã com um dos melhores capuccinos de tomamos preparado na hora pelo dono da propriedade. Localização excelente, melhor local para ficar e explorar Cinque Terre.
