Pros:

We loved the location. Just a short walk to the promenade and many restaurants and cafes. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. I'd stay there again.

Perfekt location, clean room, nice breakfast :)
Pros:

Location is perfekt!! Near the beach, transport and very easy to go to city senter and the old city. Grocery shop near the hotel which is nice. Room was very clean. It is small, but comfortable. Comfortable beds. I could think to choose this hotel again:)

Cons:

1) I didn’t like that there was not enough place to dry towels and own things after the beach. I have asked on the reception about dryer, but got no help with this.
2) We had to leave at 6 o’clock in the morning and have asked to give us food to take with the evening before and girl on reception said that she will fix it (breakfast is included, but we didn’t have time to eat it). In the morning, when I asked about this the other guy on reception, he said that he know nothing about this, so we didn’t get food.
Generally it feels like stuff is very friendly and is trying to help, but in reality you get almost no help with requests.

We spent six we wonderful days at the hotel and it felt like home.

Brilliant hotel in a good location
Pros:

Great location. Bedroom had everything we needed , tea and coffee facilities, iron , hairdryer even a brolly (thankfully we didn’t need it).We had breakfast included, there was a good choice for everyone. Lovely lady on the desk at check in. We would stay there again, had a lovely time .

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small , which we coped with but the lack of towel hooks was an issue as we had one hook that wasn’t near the shower and we had to hang both towels on it which meant the bottom towel didn’t dry , another hook near the shower would be helpful. However it never spoiled the holiday

Really enjoyable.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Super fresh breads and pastries, fresh juice. Enjoyed fruit salad and yougurt.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Very accomodating.

Bed very comfortable

Brilliant location

Cons:

Water for hot tea needs to be boiling. The hot water in the coffee/water machine was not hot enough.

No Full length mirror in single bedroom. Really missed it. There is space to have it on back of door or in bathroom.

Great place in sunny Nice!
Pros:

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location, just a few steps away from the famous Promenade des Anglais! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice and would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The hotel has a very limited number of parking spaces, approximately 10 in total. If you are traveling by car, I strongly recommend reserving a parking space well in advance, as availability is very limited.
