Not as it look on picture….
Pros:

Okay location..

Cons:

Hard to find the entry..was behind a gate!!… i pass it 2 times before I find it…
The picture on booking.com doesn’t look at all as realistic…
My room was very dark almost as a cave.. have to have light on at daytime too!!!…
Would rate this hotel as a 2 star hotel…

Pros:

Kleines aber feines Stadthotel mit toller Lage, freundlichem Personal und feinem Frühstücksbuffet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch sehr zu empfehlen für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkung - dann Parkplatz unbedingt mitreservieren!

Un hôtel bien placé et propre pour passer un agréable séjour à Nice
Pros:

Le parking, la tranquillité, la situation.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien mais sur 4 jours, les 2 mêmes sortes de baguettes. Nous avons été acheter des fraises car même si la salade de fruits était bonne, un peu de variété / de choix aurait été apprécié.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de chaleur humaine… pas d’information donnée à l’accueil, un WC pas très grand et pas beaucoup de place dans la salle de bains pour poser les affaires.

Pros:

Posizione ottima e fuori dal caos principale.
Colazione fantastica, molto belli la stanza e il bagno e il fatto di avere in camera una bottiglia di acqua riempibile a piacimento alla reception.

Boutique gem in great location
Pros:

Beautiful boutique style hotel. Great location and we had a sea view room. Lovely receptionist and very friendly. Room was very clean and tidy with a coffee machine and little rooftop terrace balcony. Huge bathroom with a powerful shower.
