Enttäuschend aber die Lage ist gut
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Hotel verfügt über Parkplätze.

Cons:

Ein Deluxe Zimmer für diesen Preis sollte schon besser sein. Die Sessel sind defekt und wirken sehr schmuddelig auch der Teppich im Gang ist echt gruselig. Das Badezimmer geht gar nicht! Alles defekt oder sehr abgenutzt!!!

Die Lage

Die Möblierung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Für 200 Franken die Nacht sehr schade. Das Zimmermädchen hatte am Morgen wohl etwas stress. Check-Out ist um 12:00 Uhr. Wir wurden um 10:00 Uhr mehrfach gestört in dem zwar geklopt aber ohne abzuwarten einfach die Tür geöffnet wurde. Wir hatten jedes Mal gesagt, dass man bitte später nochmals kommen soll. Wir wollten zwar so oder so um 10:30 gehen, fanden es aber nicht gerade sehr professionell und angenehm.

Je connais l'etablissement, seule, à ce jour, la situation géographique honore son prix.

Le niveau de service dont j’ai fait l’objet dépasse de loin ce qui peut être qualifié d’inacceptable.

Client fidèle de votre établissement depuis plusieurs années, au cours desquelles j’ai engagé des dépenses se chiffrant à plusieurs dizaines de milliers d’euros, je me suis trouvé, pour la première fois, confronté à une situation médicale grave lors de mon séjour. J’ai été victime d’une infection virale soudaine, entraînant une quasi perte de conscience ainsi qu’une incapacité à me déplacer.

Dans ce contexte, et en raison du week-end de Pâques durant lequel les pharmacies étaient fermées, j’ai sollicité, de manière raisonnable, l’assistance de l’hôtel afin d’identifier un contact ou une solution me permettant d’obtenir du paracétamol. Il m’a été répondu que je devais me débrouiller seul, malgré mon état.

Face à l’aggravation de ma condition, je me suis ensuite limité à une demande élémentaire : qu’une bouteille d’eau me soit apportée en chambre. Cette demande n’a jamais été honorée.
La situation a atteint un niveau critique lorsque, proche de la perte de conscience, ma compagne a contacté la réception afin de s’assurer de mon état et de demander qu’un minimum d’assistance me soit apporté, notamment de la nourriture, après plus de 24 heures sans alimentation ni traitement. Cette demande a été purement et simplement refusée.

Le lendemain, contraint de quitter l’établissement dans un état de grande faiblesse, un diagnostic médical a confirmé la présence d’une infection virale agressive. Sans une condition physique initiale solide, les conséquences auraient pu être significativement plus graves.

Ces faits traduisent une absence manifeste d’assistance à une personne en difficulté, ainsi qu’un manquement grave aux standards les plus élémentaires de service et de responsabilité attendus d’un établissement de votre standing.
Ayant, par le passé, apprécié votre hôtel, je ne peux que constater une dégradation majeure de la qualité de service

Excelente estancia
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Aare, nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof und der Altstadt entfernt. Die Zimmer sind schön und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal: sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.
