Pros:

Tutto la posizione la camera pulita fresca e silenziosa...difficile da trovare in alcuni hotel...la colazione super e molto fornita..in reception molto gentili e disponibili..il pargheggio sotto molto spazioso e al riparo dal caldo di questi giorni

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sensationell: Direkt an der Aare und nur einen Steinwurf von der Kathedrale, vielen Restaurants und Läden entfernt. Da es sehr heiss war, haben wir das klimatisierte Zimmer sehr genossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ganz toll und lässt zumindest für uns keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Wir wurden weder auf den Wellnessbereich noch auf die Tiefgarage hingewiesen beim einchecken.

Ein solider Aufenthalt. Mit etwas Feinschliff hat das Hotel definitiv noch mehr Potenzial!
Pros:

Für unsere Vorhaben die Lage von Hotel war sehr gut, wir haben reichhaltiges Frühstück genossen. Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit im Hotel.

Cons:

Es gibt jedoch ein paar Punkte, die aus unserer Sicht verbessert werden könnten:
zum beispiel die Waschbecken in Badezimmer.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit komfortablem Bett. Tolle Lage an der Aare mit der Kathdrale im Blickfeld.

Cons:

Das Frühstück musste man separat bezahlen (wenn man wollte), in meinen Augen recht teuer.

AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT WORKING, IT WAS ONLY 25 DEGREES OUTSIDE BUT INSIDE THE ROOM IT FELT LIKE 30. I WAS BARELY ABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. WINDOWS ARE TINY AND WONT GET YOU ANY BREEZE. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE IN SUMMER, MAYBE ANY OTHER TIME OF THE YEAR

Schöne Aussicht auf Aare und Altstadt
Pros:

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist an einer super Lage direkt an der Aare, gegenüber der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war angenehm gross und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Jeder Zeit wieder.

Cons:

Die Anzahl Parkplätze an der Unterkunft waren sehr begrenzt. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Wir hatten Glück, dass es noch genau 1 Parkplatz hatte. Was mich genervt hat, ist dass zwei Fahrräder auf einem parkplatz (Tiefgarage) standen und diesen blockierten, obwohl das Hotel einen speziellen Veloraum hat! Auch auf dem Parkpatz vor dem Hotel gab es Autos die so schlecht parkiert waren dass sie zwei Parkplätze blockierten. Parkplätze sind ein rares Gut. Ich finde, das sollte besser überwacht/beobachtet werden und von den entsprechenden Fahrzeughaltern ein korrektes Einparken verlangt werden.

Enttäuschend
Cons:

Preisaufschlag wegen Solothurner Stadtfest zu vorherigen Jahren - wir kommen jedes Jahr wegen Summerside Festival. Diesmal waren die Preise massiv höher. bei Ankunft Ankündigung, dass Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, jetzt aber wieder hochgefahren wird - und das bei 37 Grad draussen. Auch am zweiten Tag hat die Klimaanlage immer noch nicht funktioniert - gefühlte 25 Grad im Zimmer, was uns veranlasste einen Tag früher abzureisen. Wir überlegen uns Alternativen für nächstes Jahr.

Posizione ottima, qualità discreta.

Posizione ottima, nelle immediate vicinanze sia della stazione sia del centro.
Dalla camera deluxe con vista fiume si gode di una fantastica vista sul fiume e sulla città.
Colazione molto buona.

Große Enttäuschung: Defekte Klimaanlage, schlaflose Nächte und leere Versprechungen
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, direkt an der AAre, nahe am Zentrum.

Cons:

Trotz einer Buchung ein ganzes Jahr im Voraus erhielten wir ein Zimmer zur stark befahrenen Hauptstraße, in dem die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Da die Fensterfront fast vollständig verglast war und sich nur ein winziger Schlitz öffnen ließ, stand die Hitze im Raum. An Schlaf war durch den Straßenlärm bei geöffnetem Fensterschlitz nicht zu denken.
Der Service vor Ort war leider absolut enttäuschend:
Ausreden statt Hilfe: Zuerst hieß es, am Wochenende sei kein Techniker verfügbar. Später behauptete man, die Anlage funktioniere, dürfe aber laut Vorgabe maximal 4 Grad unter Außentemperatur kühlen (bei 34 °C Außentemperatur bedeutete das unzumutbare 30 °C im Zimmer).
Kein Management greifbar: Die Hotelleitung war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts weder anwesend noch erreichbar. Mehrere Gäste beklagten sich über dieselbe Situation.
Fazit: Per E-Mail wurde uns nachträglich ein Preisnachlass von 20 % zugesichert. Trotz Nachfrage haben wir dieses Geld bis heute nicht erhalten. Hier wird der Gast leider nicht ernst genommen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
