Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Solothurn
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lounge mit Blick über die Stadt und liegt direkt am Fluss. Die wunderschöne Altstadt ist direkt auf der anderen Seite des Flusses und gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Attitude
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was extremely disappointed. For the price, the service simply does not match expectations.

Check-in was a lengthy and frustrating process as reception staff couldn’t find our booking. The team appeared disorganized and unprofessional, and their attitude made us feel like a burden for asking simple questions. There was little willingness to help, which set a negative tone for the entire stay.

In contrast, the restaurant staff were lovely — friendly and attentive, and the only real highlight of the visit.

Since returning home, I’ve spent the past two weeks on the phone with customer service trying to resolve these issues, which has only added to my frustration.

Overall, very poor value for money and not an experience I would repeat.
