Splendida Marsala
Pros:

La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica per visitare Marsala e la Sicilia occidentale. L’host è stato sempre gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta.

Pros:

Very convenient location...just 12 minutes walk from the city centre with plenty of free parking nearby. I only stayed for one night. The owner was friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Check in was easy. It had air-conditioning and wifi.

Cons:

This is not a problem - but just to let future visitors know that the fixed hairdryer in the bathroom dies not work but there is a spare plug in hairdryer under the TV in the bedroom which works. You will need a local adaptor plug as you cannot use a standard European plug in the flat

Pros:

Good location - close to the historic center, an interesting archaeological museum and the sea. Quiet, safe place and you can park your car without any problems.

Cons:

Despite the description, there is no kettle and set for making coffee and tea - a damaged coffee machine stood in the cabinet. Extremely small shower cubicle.

Spacious accommodation within walking distance of the city centre. Good parking options. We only spent one night here, so we didn't have time to review more.

Not prepared apartment, cold and dust
Pros:

We paid before arrival via booking.com, anyway the heating was still closed. Very cold temperature, 14C. The owner showed us where to turn on it and left. Very heavy air inside, opened the window, outside very anoying smell from sulfur factory nearby, so not possible to get fresh air. I noticed dust layer on the table and other forniture. We tried to contact owner back, nobody answered the phone. Reception downstairs was closed. So we decided to leave. I send a text message and he call back. I explained the situation and our disapponting. He promised to return the money. what he didnt do. We tried to handle this with booking.com and wifhout succes. So we can not recommend at all.
