Very good location, walkable to tourist spots & tram station. Friendly staff, nice breakfast & the lady always greet guests with smile.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated, I need to change room after 2nd night due to cockroach on the floor / garbage & spider on my bed.

Découvrir une bouteille de vin vide ainsi qu’un emballage de nourriture vide sous le lit montrant que le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement avant notre arrivée.
Croiser une énorme blatte courant sur la moquette de la chambre .

la chambre qui m'a été donnée ne correspondait pas a mon booking , j'avais louer une chambre double superieur et on m'a loger dans une petite chambre double (très petite pas de chaise pas de bureau, très petite salle de bain) . Le numéro de la chambre était le 108. Pourriez vous vous renseigner auprès de l'hotel et pourquoi je n'ai pas pu loger dans une chambre double supérieur ou me donner un contact pour avoir un remboursement par apport au service que j'ai payer via votre platform. Merci

Lage und Frühstück waren sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag zur Bahn-Seite raus, was sich leider in der Nacht durch lautstarkes Gesänge von irgendwelchen Betrunkenen (sogar durch geschlossene Fenster) bis morgens um 3 Uhr zu hören waren. Da kann das Hotelpersonal aber nichts dafür.
