Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal, zudem waren alle bemüht, die jeweils passende Sprache zu sprechen. (Französisch, Englisch, Deutsch) Sehr nett.

Cons:

Zimmer war wunderschön, leider unter dem Bett nicht/ weniger geputzt. (Es lag sogar noch eine Papierverpackung vom Vorgänger da.)
Reinigungsservice ok, aber nicht besonders gründlich.

Τοποθεσία στη πιο κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Δίπλα σε στάση τραμ και λεωφορείων. Δίπλα σε όλων των ειδών τα καταστήματα. 5 λεπτά περπάτημα από την ιστορική συνοικία Petit France. 24ωρη reception. Ασανσέρ. Πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένα δωμάτια. Κλιματισμός.

Cons:

Επειδή δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο θα βοηθούσε η ύπαρξη ψύκτη στον όροφο για την παροχή κρύου νερού (επισκεφθήκαμε την πόλη κατά τη διάρκεια καύσωνα)

Die sehr gute Lage, das geschmackvoll eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer, das sehr gute Frühstück und die überschaubare Größe des Hotels haben uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Das einzige, was wir, vor allem bei den hohen Temperaturen, vermisst haben, war ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

It is what it is. A budget style hotel in a busy city square.
Pros:

Good beds, good thick curtaining, which together with the double glazed windows, helped reduce the ambient noise from the large city Square down below at ground level.
Breakfast was extremely good.

Cons:

No facility to hang up clothing. Apart from the bed, all other furnishings was extremely.ely minimalist.

Für einen Städtetrip tiptop, aber mit Ohrstöpseln für eine ruhige Nacht

Das Hotel liegt sehr praktisch, um zu Fuss die Stadt zu erkunden und mit dem ÖV anzureisen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine schöne Auswahl und die Bedienung war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war ok, eher eng, dafür war das Badezimmer mehr als grosszügig. Umgekehrt wäre praktischer.

Cons:

Dass das Hotel auch Zimmer in Richtung Tramhaltestelle hat, war für mich nicht klar. Dementsprechend laut war es dann auch und zwar nicht nur vom Tram. Spät an einem Abend brüllte ein Randständiger längere Zeit unter den Fenstern des Hotels rum und trat gegen Eimer, etc. Meine Tochter, die schon schlief, erwachte und konnte nicht mehr einschlafen, weil sie Angst hatte. Da trifft das Hotel keine Schuld, es ist die Lage.
Leider hat es keinen Aufenthaltsbereich, also einen Ort, wo man ausserhalb des Zimmers bequem sitzen und etwas lesen könnte. Ich hätte das geschätzt, da wir nicht zur selben Zeit schlafen gehen. Ich wich dann auf den Place Kléber aus, das geht aber auch nur bei gutem Wetter.

Hätte nicht besser sein können!
Pros:

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist einmalig, am Place KLéber, in der Nähe der Cathédrale und dem Vergnügungs- und Ausgehviertel von Strasbourg. Absolut empfehlenswert!
