Not living up to a 4 star standard
Pros:

The overall presentation of the room was good and the stone features throughout the building are a nice touch.

Cons:

A complete lack of hot water! We stayed for two nights and ran out of hot water on both occasions. I could forgive this happening once as mistakes happen, but two nights in a row in a four star hotel is unacceptable.
We found the bed way too soft as you sink into a hole throughout the night.
The breakfast should be better at a four star hotel.

Pros:

Posizione: ottima, su strada connessa,vicina al treno verde e ad Arbatax scalo e rocce rosse. Dotata di parcheggio.
Staff di rara accoglienza, grazie esplicitamente a Gemma.
Colazione varia e abbondante, dolce e salata.
Camera ampia con grande balcone.

Cons:

Un rumore regolare di notte di un impianto tecnico.
