Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'Hotel La Sonrisa e l'esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Sin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati colpiti dalla straordinaria accoglienza: i proprietari, Donna Imma e Don Matteo, sono persone squisite, incredibilmente affabili e cordiali, capaci di farti sentire subito a casa.

Il servizio è stato impeccabile grazie a uno staff sempre gentile, premuroso e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con il sorriso. Anche il lato ristorazione ci ha sorpreso positivamente: abbiamo mangiato benissimo, con piatti curati e di ottima qualità.

Le camere sono molto belle, ampie e pulite. Sebbene l’arredo sia un po' datato, mantengono un fascino particolare e risultano assolutamente accoglienti e funzionali nel contesto suggestivo della struttura. In sintesi, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca un'esperienza autentica e calorosa.

Le petit dejeuner etait un peu restraint.
Les repas du soir etaient d'une grande qualite.
Le personnel est formidable et tres accueillant

Cons:

Un feu d'artifice a ete tire au dessus de l'hotel alors que nous etions couche, le personnel n'avait pas prevenu. Reveil en sursaut.

Pros:

Era pra ser apenas uma parada recarregar as baterias com um check-in as 12h, mas a experiência de nos hospedarmos neste Castelo de 1711 no inverno foi espetacular! Instalações muito bem conservadas e decoração intacta, funcionários simpáticos , camas confortáveis e bom chuveiro. Silencioso. Itens de frigobar num preço ok. Café da manhã nos atendeu muito bem e o jantar superou qualquer expectativa. Todos os pratos saborosos, muito fartos e preço ok. Obs: Eu errei a reserva e a fiz duplamente com pagamento automático. Não tinham como restituir e fizeram-nos uma troca justa com o consumo do jantar e outros gastos. Tudo perfeito!
