Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Für ein Grand Hotel mit Sternen dürfte man im Bad etwas anderes als Pappbecher zum Zähneputzen erwarten. Ausser Duschgel und Seife gehört für diese Kategorie zumindest noch eine Body Lotion dazu. Aber was gar nicht geht - man bekommt nichts zu Trinken!!

Wohlfühlhotel und super Ausgangspunkt im Collio

die Größe des Zimmers (Suite gebucht) und die Möblierung, die Lage mitten in der Stadt und direkt unter der Görzer Burg, die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption mit sehr guten Ausflugstipps inklusive, gleich nach unserer Ankunft wurden uns die Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht, was teilweise nicht mal mehr in 5 Sterne Hotels gemacht wird.

Cons:

Ich könnte mir noch einen Begrüßungsdrink für weitgereiste Gäste vorstellen, aber dies nur als Anregung, nicht als Kritik gemeint, und ein wenig mehr Obstauswahl beim Frühstück, eventuell bereits geschnittenes Obst für die Müslischüssel, das sollte in dieser Preisklasse noch enthalten sein.
