Da consigliare
Pros:

Ottima posizione (tra l’altro anche vicinissimo a due linee della metro), ottima pulizia e personale gentile e sempre molto disponibile.
Ottima anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in un ambiente custodito prima del check-in e dopo il check out.

Cons:

I corridoi della struttura sono abbastanza stretti, difficile muoversi con bagagli numerosi o grandi.

Très bon séjour, il correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes.
Pros:

Trés facile d'accès, emplacement idéal pour le métro. Quartier calme , trés propre et personnel très accueillant, et bon petit déjeuner dans la petite cave voutée, nous y reviendrons.

Cons:

Tout était parfait.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre. L eau ne s écoutait pas dans la douche. Résultat : un syphon bouché avec des poils et des cheveux depuis bien longtemps...
La cuvette des toilettes et le lavabo n avait pas été soigneusement. Il restait encore les traces d un passage précédent.

Pros:

Hotel was very handy for work, reception super friendly and helpful - I even got to check in a little early. Room good size and comfy bed.

Cons:

At 1am I could hear the people in the room next door making a lot of noise. There is no intercom/phone system so I simply had to bang on the wall. Also you'll hear people leaving their rooms in the morning very clearly.
Elevator is tiny.
But I had a great stay - you should just know these things

Rapport qualité prix très satisfaisant !
75€ pour 3 personnes dans Paris, c’est super. C’est propre, calme, confortable.
Les lits sont douillets.
Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuné.

Lokalizacja zdecydowanie świetna. Miła, pomocna obsługa, serwis sprzątający codziennie - bardzo dziękujemy! Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu z pokoju.

Cons:

Winda mieści 2 osoby, albo jedną z walizką. Pokoje bardzo małe, słabo wyposażone - jedna szafa z drążkiem na ubrania, żadnych szafek, czy szuflad. Pleśń na ścianie w okolicach okna. Mała, niewygodna kabina prysznicowa z zasłoną.

L’emplacement , le quartier.

Cons:

Très très bruyant, aucune insonorisation. Entendre les ébats d’une chambre à l’autre. Bruit des pas dans l’escalier, portes couloir et chambre très bruyante. Ascenseur en panne le premier jour très petit.

El barrio donde nos hospedamos, distrito 11. Bares abiertos, gente tranquila, supermercados hasta tarde.
El personal del hotel muy amable, a pesar de no saber español pudieron entendernos sin dificultad.
Todos los días cambiaban las toallas y limpiaban la habitación.
