The location was good for a few close by metro's, various shops/food places close by eg supermarket, patisserie. The entrance was quite inviting. The room was comfy and was cleaned every day. The lady working at breakfast was lovely and helpful. Most of the staff were polite/helpful.

Cons:

The fact that there was no tea/coffee in the room but a kettle and paper cups were provided. I asked for some tea/coffee for the room. The man on duty was quite rude in answering, saying they do not provide it for the rooms!! The bathrooms definitely need a make-over.
