Séjour juste parfait !
Pros:

Juste exceptionnel ! Le lieu est très charmant dans une ancienne maison typique avec des extérieurs qu’on ne soupçonnerait pas vue de l’extérieur de la rue. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse inouïe et fera tout pour que vous passiez un bon séjour. Décoration récente tout en gardant le charme de la bâtisse, le très bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet, la piscine extérieure, la jolie terrasse, la localisation, le rapport qualité prix ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment.

Nice hotel for a relaxing stay. Works well for families
Pros:

Nice staff who accommodated our need to have rooms side by side or booked us a restaurant. Location is very central, hotel helps with parking. Breakfast is nice and the hotel is charming.

Cons:

Swimming pool was not so clean and is not heated so water was freezing (15 degrees at best)

La ubicacion.El desayuno bien, pero con poca fruta.Eso si las camareras muy simpaticas y eficientes.

Cons:

Para ser un 4 estrellas nos pusieron en una habitación horrorosa, con un baño viejo y pequeño,ducha vergonzosa...no es digno de la categoria. Nos sentimos engañados por el recepcionista,que ni se molesto en solucionar nada. Nos recomiendan ir a un parking y no nos dieron la tarjeta de descuento que daban a los clientes del edificio principal. Nos sentimos estafados.

De habitación deluxe en hotel de cuatro estrellas a un zulo inmundo y asqueroso.
Pros:

Este alojamiento nos ofreció una habitación DELUXE con la posibilidad de alojar a un niño de hasta un año, lo cual no era nuestro caso, que reservamos en BOOKING.COM para dos personas, pero lo que encontramos fue una habitación interior sin luz, con terrible olor a humedad y a alcantarillas. El poco espacio que tenía ese zulo lo ocupaban dos camas sin espacio para acceder a ellas. Un desastre. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y no lo hicieron, sabiendo que había otras habitaciones libres. Yo hago corresponsable a BOOKING.COM de estos engaños a los viajeros, ellos tienen que saber lo que venden, y si yo compro una habitación DELUXE en un hotel de cuatro estrellas, no me pueden dar un zulo inmundo y asqueroso.

Great option to relax in Ragusa.
Pros:

Well maintained, great breakfast, beautiful property but above all we are thankful for the staff member who went above and beyond by helping us park our car and later following through multiple hurdles to get our forgotten items back to us! It was not easy in Sicily when on our side we did not speak Italian and did not have a tax Id.

Cons:

A suggestion: the hotel should sign up for Lhost or other similar site that manage return of items left behind. Due to the lack of Italian tax id, we could not get a regular courier service.

The staff were amazing 👏
We had a few delimenia's and the team, especially
Martici(Mathew) Hope I spelled it right.
They saved us when we were quite broken.
Thank you, team, and I mean all of you. 2 night staff and 2 day staff.
