Not liked - very limited breakfast and charges not reasonable for ala carte items, extra tea/coffee.

Friendly staff. Good value. Close to beach. Easy walking distances to restaurants etc. easy to find local transport. Rooms are basic but clean and this is a good value place to stay run by a nice family.
Hotel management was very bad, they take 2 hour to ready a room which was book earlier . We face lot of trouble during stay. Behavior was bad feeling uncomfert

Vaatimaton mutta siisti, melko hintava yhden tähden hotelli. Ilmastoinnista ja tv:n katselusta laskutetaan erikseen samoin aamiaisesta, joka on niin ikään vaatimaton. Hotellissa on myös ryhmämatkalaisia mm. Venäjältä, Hollanista ja Brittein saarilta. Ympäröivä alue epäsiisti kuten kaikkialla Goassa, koirat metelöivät öisin. Internet- nurkkauksen konetta voi käyttää eri maksusta, silloin kun se sattuu toimimaan. Pääkadun internet-kahvila on halvempi ja toimintavarmempi. Henkilökunta kohtuullisen avulias, omistaja asuu rakennuksen alakerrassa.
Nice staff, but very pricey for the value... and we had a peeping tom. Otherwise fine.
You get what you pay for but the owners hire and fire the staff at their fancy and then try not to pay them. Who wants to stay in that environment? Lots of other places nearby to stay.
This is a lovely and colourful place, friendly and helpful staff, even the cleaning ladies who spoke no English were smiley and welcoming. Its a few mins walk to to Calondin beach, the first restaurant there has very nice food and a great view.
Breakfast was nice (although toast should be toasted), clean room and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
Stayed here in september before the season started and the monsoon was just over so a lot of renovation going on at the hotel.
The room was ok but not more.. The ac was so noicy that we had to turn it of during the night...until we dicied that we just had to get used to it.

The Hotel is inbetween main road and beach, looks beautiful as you enter through the get. A small hotel with about 15/16 rooms run and carefully looked by a decent family. Considering the cost, Rooms are very neat and clean, attached bath with running hot & cold water. Electronic locker provided in room. Sitting in front verandah you can enjoy the beautiful greenary well maintained by the hotel. A bar is situated near the entrance , opp to reception. All beverages and breakfast, snacks available. For meals you need to go near by restaurants. And you are also to arrange mosquito repellant on your own.
if ya want to be dissapointed you should stay at per avel!!! the staff have no concept of hospitality and are rude! what you book is definately what you get and they will try to squeeze you for every cent,never in my life have i had to rent a tv for my room.whatever your needs while in goa this place will not provide it for you
