Pieni sievä vanha rakennus vanhassa kaupungissa. Erittäin ystävällistä henkilökuntaa. Huone oli nätti ja siisti, mukavat vuoteet ja untuvapeitot & tyynyt (mielestäni). Aamiainen freshi ja riittävän monipuolinen.

Nettes freundliches kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage auf der Insel ist top. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof und ensprechend ruhig war es. In ein paar wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und all der Infrastruktur, die man sich wünscht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich, hier findet wirklich jeder Gast etwas.

Cons:

...das ich eine fette Bronchitis hatte, aber da kann ja das Hotel nichts dafür :-)

Beware: the photos are totally misleading! They show big, comfortable rooms with carpet or laminate flooring. In reality, those rooms are in the newer building of the hotel. We were given a room in the old building, which was very small, dated and had a tiled floor.

So not only are the photos misleading, but the room description is also false. The room was supposed to be "22 m²" and "carpeted", but it was not.

We raised the issue with the receptionist, and she was not helpful. She explained that the pictures are only illustrative. When I pointed out that the description was wrong as well, she said that her boss would be coming the next morning during breakfast. I expected that she would at least speak with her boss about the issue, but instead she expected us to do it ourselves. This is ridiculous. What are you even doing at your job?

With the rating of the hotel and the price we expected more and I am totally dissapointed.
