Easy and convenient
Pros:

Very convenient location near the train station but in a quiet beautiful part of Venice. Simple to get to from sea taxi. Nice restaurants as soon as you walked out the door. Had an elevator available.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione, in una strada tranquilla. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi.

Cons:

La camera meriterebbe un pò più di attenzione alla manutenzione: la prima sera dal chiusino in bagno risaliva acqua (il problema è stato risolto il girono dopo), durante il temporale dal lucernario gocciava acqua

Schöne Lage am Kanal. Kurze Wege zum Bahnhof und Piazzale Roma. Toller Blick, aber nicht von allen Zimmern. Gediegenes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer sind eher klein und manches bedarf einer Renovierung.

the property was a quite but still in the busy section! there was a lovely bar in the corner so you can stop after a busy day for a cool drink before going to your room! The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful! the hotel also has a lift!

It was a great choice to choose this hotel to stay, close to everywhere by walk. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Location was the best I can say because it was close to train station. Definitely recommended to everyone who would like to discover Venice.

I would definitely recommend and hopefully come back again soon.
Pros:

The location was perfect; walking distance from the Santa Lucia train station and near many shops and restaurants. Our room had a balcony overlooking one of the many canals which was just lovely.
The breakfast was just enough to get you started in the morning and in such a pretty setting.

Cons:

The bathtub could use a little update but other than that, everything was just great!
