Beautiful resort hotel at the end of the peninsula of Sestri Levante
Pros:

Beautiful location with rooftop terrace views, a swimming pool, multiple bars, and a nice restaurant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working while I was there.
The hotel staff graciously gave me a discount as a result.

Eine wirkliche Perle in bester Lage!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich super - Italien, wie es einmal war. Sehr viel Stil, Flair und eine fantastische Dienstleistungsmentalität! Hinzu kommt die grandiose Lage in Sestri. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Mi sono trovata molto bene e l'albergo è molto bello.
Pros:

L'impiegata del ricevimento che mi ha fatto il check in veramente brava e professionale.
Camera molto bella, un po' piccola, senza vista e troppi specchi ma super accogliente.
Servizio ristorante molto buono, si mangia benissimo.
Posizione eccellente.

Cons:

Subito non ho capito il funzionamento della mezza pensione.
Il parcheggio libero è a 10 minuti a piedi.

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, schönes Hotel. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, eigenes Parking für das Auto, Pool, Bar. Unterschiedliche Zimmerkategorie

Cons:

Parking-Preis mit 30 Euro eher an der oberen Grenze, ist aber freiwillig!
Die Freundlichkeit des Service-Personals lässt gegen Ende der Saison zu wünschen übrig

An excellent and relaxing holiday in a charming hotel in a lovely location with an excellent team!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and location.All of the staff were super friendly and helpful whether reception, dining room, cleaners , basically they were an excellent team!

Cons:

The only downside was the spa facilities that were on booking confirmation weren't open as being refurbished.

Hôtel magnifique au style italien et accès à la plage ( la plus belle du village) à 50 m.
Pros:

Parfait avec toutes les commodités, déjeuner grandiose compris, vue panoramique accessible depuis une terrasse sur le toit de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Rien mise à part une des douches ( il y avait 2 douches dans notre chambre) un peu petite et ancienne. Trop petite pour une personne de forte corpulence.

Pros:

La gentillesse exquise du personnel, la qualité du petit dej, les lits confortables, la piscine, la beauté du lieu caché, les rénovations pour lier les différents bâtiments, modernes, bien réfléchis et fonctionnelles

Cons:

Le mobilier d'époque mais vieillot, l'espace de la chambre pas bien agencé et pas fonctionnelle (grosse table au milieu, armoire imposant et pas pratique, tiroirs difficiles à ouvrir!!) Les étoiles de l'hotel méritent plus de confort et d'attention aux détails!
