Wunderbares Hotel mit antikem Charme in bester Lage in Sestri Levante

Top Lage, gutes Frühstück, schöner Pool!
Am meisten beeindruckt hat uns aber der Top Service des Hotels. Das Personal war aussergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam, allen voran Barbara, die sehr liebe Dame am Empfang, die uns bei jeder Frage geholfen hat und uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt hat! Vielen herzlichen Dank an Alle! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein echtes Schmuckstück. Man fühlt sich in die Vergangenheit versetzt, genießt aber alle heutigen Annehmlichkeiten. Alles ist sehr sauber und im Innenhof gibt es viele schöne Plätze zu entdecken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - ein großes Danke an Frau Barbara an der Rezeption! Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen und es gibt ein Parkservice. Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen: ruhig, aber man ist in einer Minute im Zentrum und in nur ein paar Schritten an einem absoluten Traumstrand!

We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return again.

The hotel is enchanting; the staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Also the outside pool and area were perfect.

Cons:

Getting out of the garage in a big vehicle was a bit challenging but the staff were a great help.
