Hôtel Bon Port

Just unacceptable. The place is dirty, not comfortable, feels old and needs to be updated. Service is terrible, not air condition, not fan, not phone in the room, not enough towels. Not even fresh coffee, breakfast is a joke. Just stay away!

Stayed 2 nights. Ate breakfast there one morning
and it was okay. Our room was large with a kitchenette. Enjoyed walking down by the water
with all the statues along the way. Weather was
not the best, a lot of rain. Visited both the cheese
and chocolate factory and both tours were amazing
Only complaint about the hotel was the morning fellow at reception was not very friendly or helpful.

Ideal location. 20 minute walk uphill to Old Town. And then downhill to walk along lake

The hotel is a great location to walk to the promenade and enjoy all the scenery and restaurants

Location. Walkable to Lake Leman & surrounding.

First floor street level has a lot walking traffic with the sidewalk right at the windows. Not super clean. But ok for a quick stay

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. There's a reason I keep going back. The price is good value for money. The buffet style breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely, friendly and accomodating. The hotel is very conveniently placed and everything I want to do is within easy walking distance, although should I wish to explore further afield the free travel card is a real bonus. I believe there is also a convenient parking garage, thpugh I have never used it. I will definitely be back again

Within 15min walk to hotel, but they are slope, make it a bit hard to walk especially when you have heavy luggage. Basic supplies, cleaned towel every day but not cleaned cups.

I loved the place. The room was great, the staff were friendly. The room was quiet, it had good amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Bon Port offers a practical, affordable place to stay in Montreux. And affordability is not a strong point of Montreux :)

The staff is genuinely courteous, helpful, and punctual.

The breakfast is light and fresh.

In a good location i guess you pay for what youre getting. main manager was grumpy, toilet wasnt cleaned properly with bleach and generally feels like a 70's hotel.

Great location

Not so modern rooms, but adequate size. Clean and very good room cleaning service. Always ask for the fan in summer as there is no AC available. Close to promenade and grocery stores. Bus stop is only 3 minute walk.

The beds came apart in the middle of the night and the table leg came off

Nice front desk that helped suggest things to do in the city and how to get there. The mobility pass was very nice and helped save lots of money.

Location was good though mixed review about staff. Lady (Tanya) at the reception desk at the time of checking in and out was very welcoming and helpful but another guy at the desk during our stay was very rude. Didn’t acknowledged when waited at the reception to ask and later talked very rudely.

Price-value is good. Very centrally located and near dining, shopping and right by the gorgeous lake promenade.
