Esperienza estremamente negativa, non tanto per il disguido iniziale, quanto per il modo in cui sono stata trattata successivamente.
Durante il soggiorno, mio cugino si è ritrovato accidentalmente chiuso dentro dal cancello della struttura e, non sapendo come poter rientrare/uscire dalla situazione, poiché non esiste un pulsante per uscire dalla struttura, mi sono trovata a dover prendere una decisione nell'immediato. Avevo una bambina che dormiva e una camera disponibile, quindi gli ho semplicemente detto di dormire da me. Col senno di poi avrei potuto rivolgermi alla reception, ma in quel momento non mi è venuto in mente e non vedo cosa ci fosse di scandaloso in una situazione del genere.
La mattina seguente, invece di limitarsi a chiarire l'accaduto, il personale mi ha fatto delle insinuazioni davvero offensive. Mi è stato detto, tra le altre cose, che “non hanno pregiudizi”, lasciando intendere qualcosa di completamente diverso dalla realtà e mettendo addirittura in dubbio che mio cugino avesse realmente cercato di uscire, nonostante la struttura disponga di telecamere che avrebbero potuto verificare i fatti.
Mi sono sentita giudicata, umiliata e profondamente offesa. Non mi aspettavo un trattamento del genere da parte di una struttura ricettiva, soprattutto senza che ci fosse alcuna base concreta per insinuazioni di questo tipo.
La situazione mi ha amareggiata al punto da decidere di lasciare l'hotel un giorno prima del previsto.
Un conto è gestire un disguido o chiedere spiegazioni; un altro è permettersi insinuazioni sulla dignità e sulla vita privata di una cliente. Mi aspettavo professionalità, rispetto e semplicemente un accertamento dei fatti. Ho ricevuto esattamente il contrario.
Per quanto mi riguarda, esperienza pessima e struttura che non sceglierei e non consiglierei nuovamente per questi due signori poco professionali.

Le personnel a été très accueillant et attentif, aussi bienveillant pour le bien être de la famille. Ils ont essayé de communiquer en anglais, français et espagnol, nous avons apprécié qu'on puisse se comprendre.
C'est un établissement géré par une famille et sa change tout pour le bien être des clients en famille.

L'établissement manque d'une bonne torréfaction de café, c'est compliqué à demander la tasse correcte pendant les repas.
Aussi au niveau choix des œufs, jambon, fromage c'est bien réduit.
L'accès au bord de mer est restreint les weekends, accessible a travers d'un pass reçu a l'accueil seulement en semaine.
La sonorisation des chambres n'est pas isolée et permet d'entendre le bruit des voisins et les voix des couloirs.
Le transport en commun est accessible, on trouve le bus juste en face de l'hôtel, mais nous sommes loin du centre de Palerme. Pour se balader il faut compter les taxis/Uber ou une location de voiture.

Das Zimmer bräuchte einbisschen Renovationen was das Badezimmer angeht. Ich konnte meine Tür nicht abschliessen, war ein komisches Gefühl. Das Bett war Solala...

The staff was amazing, and the food and the room was clean.
I had a nice balcony view of the sea and the town a head. Great sunset view, with a good walk into town. It also had a good bus service.
The bedroom was old fashioned and basic with a hard bed. It didn't look like the room advertised.
I understand it was a good price for the room, for this time of year because I booked early. However, I was a little disappointed.

Les équipements étaient vétuste une rénovation s'impose pour le prix de la nuitée demandée !
Les matelas sont sommaire voir limites, toute la robinetterie et la salle de bain est très dégradé.
