Consigliato
Pros:

Pulizia, ampiezza delle stanze, vicinanza alla stazione di santa Maria Novella e alla fermata della tranvia di Porta al Prato. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per un concerto alla visarno Arena, che abbiamo raggiunto comodamente a piedi ed e veramente un'ottima posizione l Firenze Rock Festival.

Cons:

Ci è piaciuto un po' meno il bagno: a differenza della camera , moderna, ben illuminata e curata negli arredi, il nostro era rimasto in stile anni '70. Pur essendo pulitissimo, i sanitari erano datati, in particolare il vecchio bidet con erogazione dal bordo anziché con il classico miscelatore.

Siamo stati ospiti in vista di un concerto all'Ippodromo del Visarno. Qualità top, parcheggio interno alla struttura ed è possibile raggiungere l'ippodromo a piedi comodamente

Pros:

Sehr grosses Apartment mit Küche. Parkmöglichkeit im Hinterhof. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Lage relativ zentral, aber in die Stadt sind es zu Fuss rund 20 Minuten.

Cons:

Eine Kleinigkeit: Küche nicht mehr auf dem modernsten Stand.

Ottima struttura, pulita e con posizione ottimale
Pros:

La pulizia della camera e degli ambienti comuni, le camere ampie e spaziose, i tre televisori, l'ampio parcheggio esterno per chi arriva in auto, la posizione rispetto al centro della città (1 fermata di tram) e rispetto all'arena del Visarno (1 fermata di tram)

Cons:

Il bidet senza getto dell'acqua. Il nostro bagno aveva un bidet con fuoriuscita dell'acqua dalle pareti laterali. Credo fosse un modello molto molto datato. Assolutamente non igienico.

Retornaria e me hospedaria mais dias.
Pros:

A hospedagem é ótima, pra nós o grande diferencial foi a cozinha integrada ao apartamento, é grande, boa estrutura, e o estacionamento é seguro. Estacionamento pago a parte junto com a taxa de turista, no check-in já faz isso. A localização é ótima, inclusive fizemos algumas compras no Carrrefour Express que fica há 10 minutos de caminhada.

Cons:

O custo de estacionamento poderia estar incluso no custo da hospedagem.

Nice apartment for a short stay
Pros:

Very clean apartment, about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the city center. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a quick breakfast and coffee. Nice balconies to enjoy the views.

Cons:

One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve experienced.
