Esta muy centrico y ahi unas cuantas cuadras llegas a plaza españa. La recepcionista de la noche aprox 7pm que nos recpeciono muy amable.

Pues los cuartos son pequeños y pues el ascensor tambien es algo antiguo y pequeño. De otro lado el.recepcionista de la noche a partir de las 10pm no nos parecio muy amable cusndo fuimos a recoger las maletas solo sabia hablae eb italiano cuando le hable en ingles me respondio en italiano y no muy amistoso como quw le incomodo nuestra oredencia al solo recoger nuestras maletas habiendo siendo huespedes ahi por el contrario la recepcionista de la tarde sabia ingles y español y fue muy amable con nosotras mas que le clntamos wue habiamos sido victimas de robo de nuestros pasaportes por un carterista.

Excellent location , extremely low value for money hotel...
Pros:

The location was ideal and the staff was very kind and helpful

Cons:

The size of the room was too small , we booked a +20sqm room and we stayed in a 15sqm room ...we havent had anywhere to place our stuff and bags and were very uncomfortable moving around...deciding to leave the place just not to stay in....

La camera molto più piccola del previsto, avevo prenotato una tripla che doveva essere 25mq ma gli spazi erano molto ristretti soprattutto del bagno

La camera ampia e luminosa. Il letto molto comodo. I prodotti da bagno [ shampoo , doccia schiuma e crema corpo].La gentilezza dello staff in particolare della receptionist Alessia . La colazione ottima ed abbondante.

Cons:

Nella camera 305 la porta della doccia è troppo vicina al lavandino, è ciò rende disagevole l'ingresso.

Extremely hard working dedicated staff.
Pros:

Staff worked very hard to help with our problem. They were very kind. They moved us to another room to accomodate the issue. We were very appreciative of the staff's professionalism and dedication to making sure our stay was comfortable.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working in our room. The temperature was 95 outside and when you returned from a full day of site seeing you NEEDED air. The staff worked very hard to get the air conditioning fixed, and when they couldn't they moved us to another room for more comfort.
