O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade
Amamos a nossa experiência no Hotel City Palazzo Dei Cardinali. Chegamos cedo e fomos muito bem recebidos pela funcionária. Conseguimos deixar as malas no hotel e ela disse que ia tentar ao máximo antecipar o nosso check-in e conseguimos entrar um pouco antes. O quarto apesar de pequeno, funcionou bem para a gente. Ele é bem confortável, aconchegante e bem decorado. Preciso deixar um elogio especial para a cama e os travesseiros que são surpreendentemente confortáveis. O banheiro é uma graça também e espaçoso. Além disso, tudo sempre muito limpo e cheiroso. E um dos principais pontos é a localização! O hotel fica perto da Fontana di Trevi e da Piazza di Spagna, um dos melhores pontos de Roma. A escolha foi perfeita! Amamos tudo!
O ar condicionado indo direto na cama e o vidro do box do banheiro muito curto e deixava o banheiro molhado. Somente... de resto tudo perfeito!

Las instalaciones me gustaron mucho se nota que dan buen mantenimiento al Hotel, las habitaciones nos gustaron mucho las camas estaban cómodas y el baño más grande de lo que esperábamos.
El desayuno estaba bastante bueno y el trato del personal en el desayuno fue excelente súper amables.
En general el trato de los chicos de la recepción fue bastante bueno.
Muy céntrico el Hotel. Y me encantó la zona nos sentimos muy seguros en todo momento.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben viele Infos zu unserem Aufenthalt erhalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

The location was fantastic! We were traveling with an infant and a child, so being within walking distance of everything was a huge plus. There were also lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood, which made dining out very easy and convenient.
The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of options. And a special mention for the excellent cappuccinos we enjoyed every morning!
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. We would definitely come back and stay here again!
There were a few occasions when an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom sink, although it didn’t last very long.
We also arranged a minivan transfer from the airport and specifically mentioned that we needed a rear-facing infant car seat for our 4-month-old. Unfortunately, when the driver arrived, the seat provided was not suitable for an infant of that age. We had paid extra specifically for the infant seat, so this was disappointing.
The minivan was also parked about 15 minutes away from the hotel, even farther than the train station, which made the transfer less convenient than we had expected. We were hoping to simply get in the car and leave upon arrival. On the way back to the airport, the hotel arranged a regular taxi for us, which was €30 cheaper than the minivan transfer.
Overall, these were minor inconveniences, but we felt they were worth mentioning
