Cons:

Las habitaciones eran muy chicas habría que tomar dos ascensores para llegar a la habitación y si bien, así, en la cama nunca barría en el piso. En una oportunidad abrí la cama para dormir y había una servilleta plegada adentro. Además, el baño tenía olor a cloaca.

Great location, very nice and helpful staff

Cons:

Each time we went out, we had to leave the key at the reception desk, because they were afraid, we’d lose the key.
Plus there was this good old intercom system, when you have to call in order to be let into the building.

The bathroom had a prominent sewage smell probably due to the building being old.

Breakfast was passable with almost zero variety.
They DID NOT have Nutella.
They had some cheap substitute that wasn’t even close to Nutella.

How is this even possible in Italy?

Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó de toda la estancia, fue el magnífico trato de Yasmin que estuvo pendiente de todo, muy amable y atenta. Eso no tiene precio. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y tiene un encanto especial. Quizás es caro en relación calidad-precio, pero en Roma todo en relación a alojamientos de calidad son muy caros. Sin duda nos quedamos con la ubicación y con el buen trato del personal sobre todo Yasmin y también Thais.

O hotel é bem charmoso e confortável, is funcionários são gentis e prestativos, a localização é excelente e ainda oferece algumas cortesias como, por exemplo, um tour a pé pelos pontos turísticos ao redor do hotel.
E, como era meu aniversário, me surpreendeu com o quarto decorado com balões e parabenização
Outro destaque: chegamos cedo ao hotel e, mesmo assim, eles dispuseram o quarto para nós. Tudo perfeito!

Una muy mala experiencia en este hotel
Pros:

En verdad nada casi, quizás se rescata algo en el destino que estaba bien.

Cons:

Mal olor en el cuarto, en el baño se acumula el agua, el cuarto no se veía como en las fotos, el colchón de la cama se hundía horrible, las sábanas olían mal, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el espacio en el baño era súper incómodo, los frascos de los jabones no funcionaban bien. En verdad el hotel muy mal. Nos retiramos al segundo día para otro hotel, por lo menos nos hubieran reembolsado esa noche pero ni eso hicieron.
