2 noci v Kolíně nad Rýnem.
Pros:

Důležitá pro mě byla poloha v blízkosti hlavního vlakového nádraží, neboť na vlaku jsem během svých cest velmi závislý.

酒店气氛温馨，非常干净整洁，早上七到十一点还免费提供咖啡及茶点。店内管理者也十分亲切友好。如果不是没有电梯和单独卫浴，我觉得这是一家相当不错的旅行住地。

Cons:

没有电梯对我是个难题，此外卫浴共用也不太能接受。

Sehr gute Lage und freundliches Personal – für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung
Pros:

Ich war für eine Nacht im Hotel Brandenburger Hof. Da ich mir vorab bereits einige Rezensionen durchgelesen hatte, wusste ich in etwa, worauf ich mich einlasse.

Lage: Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist wirklich unschlagbar und perfekt für die Durchreise oder einen kurzen Städtetrip.
Service: Das Personal war durchweg äusserst freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich – die Mitarbeiter machen hier wirklich vieles wett!
Zimmer: Mein Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Bad/WC war sauber, zweckmässig und für eine Übernachtung absolut ausreichend.
Preis-Leistung: Für das gebotene Preisniveau in dieser zentralen Lage kann man sich wirklich nicht beschweren.

Cons:

Hellhörigkeit: Das Haus ist leider extrem hellhörig. Geräusche vom Flur und aus den Nachbarzimmern bekommt man fast ungefiltert mit.
Atmosphäre: Dem Gebäude fehlt es insgesamt an Charme und Gemütlichkeit.

Prima ligging prima hotel
Pros:

Werkelijk vlak bij het station, in de Altstad en met een parkeerplaats. Wat wil je nog meer in ons geval. We hadden een leuke dag samen in Keulen en de volgende ochtend zette mijn man mij op de trein naar Zwitserland en vermaakte zich nog een dagje in de omgeving om daarna naar huis te gaan. Prima hotel. Eenvoudig, maar alles netjes en ok. Geen ontbijt maar wel een selfsevice koffiehoek. Je kunt overal in de directe omgeving ontbijt krijgen.

Nettes Personal, bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Zimmerschlüssel passte nicht für die Eingangstür. Man mußte zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit klingeln.
Nur 2 Steckdosen (1 am Waschbecken im Zimmer, 1 für den TV). Keine Steckdose am Bett.

Lichtschalter für die Gemeinschaftsdusche/WC auf dem Flur und nicht im Raum. Wenn sich jemand einen schlechten Scherz erlauben möchte, dann steht man im dunkeln unter der Dusche oder sitzt auf dem WC.

Overnight in Cologne
Pros:

While the hotel is very close to the main station (about 100-200m), the rooms are rather quiet during the night (with closed windows). The only thing you might hear are neighbors. While toilets and showers are located outside of the room, at least my room had wash basin which allowed to wash hands or brush your teeth in you own room. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but they provide complimentary tea and coffee in the morning. Check-in and check-out were very quick and uncomplicated.

Cons:

For me it has been no problem, but I agree with the other commenters that the stairs are rather narrow and considering that the hotel has four floors (including the ground floor) that can be quite tedious for guests with a lot of luggage.

Hält was es verspricht, freundlicher Empfang
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Rezeption, Zimmer sauber, super Lage in direkter Nähe des Bahnhofs. Trotzdem ruhig, wir konnten mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Das Hotel ist sichtlich schon älter, aber in sehr gutem Zustand.
Das Zimmer hatte ein Waschbecken und es gab Handtücher.

Cons:

Bett dürfte für unseren Geschmack bequemer sein und wir würden im Doppelbett eine Matratze (statt zwei einzelner) bevorzugen. Ist aber sicher Geschmackssache.
Das Zimmer ist recht klein.
