Sehr enttäuschende und frustrierende Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel.

Ich habe dieses Hotel über Booking.com gebucht, da in der Beschreibung ein Parkplatz angegeben war. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die Garage nur bis 21:00 Uhr zugänglich ist und danach weder Ein- noch Ausfahrt möglich ist. Diese wichtige Information wurde erst nach der Buchung (am Anreisetag nach 15:00 Uhr) vom Hotel mitgeteilt und war zuvor nirgends erwähnt.

Zusätzlich gibt es ein weiteres großes Problem: Jedes Mal, wenn man das Hotel verlässt, muss man den Schlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben und ihn bei der Rückkehr wieder abholen. Das bedeutet auch, dass man nicht ins Hotel kommt, wenn kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort ist. Man ist also komplett abhängig davon, dass jemand anwesend ist, was extrem unpraktisch und inakzeptabel ist.

Da die Buchung nicht mehr kostenlos stornierbar war, hatten wir keine andere Wahl, als zu bleiben. Außerdem mussten wir unser Auto auf der Straße parken, was sehr unangenehm war.

Insgesamt ist das aus meiner Sicht irreführend und entspricht überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen. Wichtige Informationen fehlen in der Beschreibung, und der Aufenthalt war dadurch sehr unbequem.

Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.
