Es lohnt sich für einen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr nett
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Kölner Dom. Dennoch hört man den Bahnhof nicht.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Steckdosen am Bett leider nur vorne am Bad oder unten am Fernseher. Das Personal hat uns dann ein Verlängerungskabel gegeben.

Die Lage ist super und das Personal war mega freundlich und aufmerksam. Absolute Spitze!
Es gab morgens kostenfreien Kaffee oder Tee.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben leider keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr bemüht, seinen Gästen aufgrund der Hitze etwas Erleichterung durch das Angebot von leichten Bettlaken und kostenlosem Wasser anzubieten.
Das Frühstücksangebot musste aufgrund Personalmangel eingestellt werden, trotzdem gab es kostenlos Kaffee und Tee, an dem man sich morgens bedienen konnte. Auch hier sah man die Bemühungen, den Service soweit es möglich ist auf einem guten Niveau zu halten.

In heißen Sommermonaten nicht zu empfehlen aufgrund von keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels - sehr zentral.

Cons:

Keine Ventilatoren, keine Klimaanlage bei über 35 Grad im Zimmer . Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen empfehle ich dieses Hotel eindeutig nicht. Die Argumentation war, warum es keine Ventilatoren gibt, dass es ja nicht immer so heiß wäre. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang meinte, in ihrem Zuhause ist es bei diesen Temperaturen auch sehr heiß und da kann sie ja nichts dafür. Meiner Meinung nach kostet ein Ventilator heutzutage nicht die Welt. Wenn man schon keine Klimaanlage hat, sollte man wenigstens eine Ventilator bereitstellen zum Wohle des Gastes.

The Hotel is close to the Dom and HBF, it is clean.

There was no aircon and no fans and the rooms were too hot during the heatwave.

Genel olarak konumu ve köln deki gereksiz pahalı yerlere kıyasla tercih edilebilecek bir otel, çalışanlar yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar

Cons:

Klima olmadığınyazoyor zaten ama yaz aylarında haziran vs gelecekseniz sıcaktan uyuyamayabilirsiniz, zil çalınarak girilmek zorunda olunmasına anlam veremedim bir iki gün ok ama daha uzun süreler için emin değilim

Het ligt dicht bij het station dus dat is echt super.
De Dom ligt om de hoek.

Hotelkamer is schoon
Personeel is vriendelijk

Cons:

Er was geen airco aanwezig dus echt super warm. Ventilatoren waren niet toegestaan dat zou het stroom netwerk niet aankunnen ? Dus met temp van 40 graden buiten is het binnen niet te doen.

Ruimte is erg klein
Maar voor dat geld wat je moet betalen had ik wel meer comfort verwacht.

Very good hotel with amazing location
Pros:

Location is great! Also, we had tea, coffee and some snacks in the morning.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt, somit ist eine Schlüsselabgabe möglich. Der Bahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kein Frühstücksangebot, dafür gibt es die Möglichkeit sich einen Tee/ Kaffee zuzubereiten. Das Zimmer war sauber, Hauspuschen lagen bereit (voll toll :-)) und ein ausreichender Wasserdruck der Dusche war vorhanden.

Absolut ausreichend für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof - perfekt für eine Nacht bei An- und Abreise mit der Bahn. Das Haus an sich hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, das Zimmer war aber modern eingerichtet und besser ausgestattet als manches Businesshotel. Sehr großes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Es ist sehr hellhörig, alles vom Gang dringt ungefiltert ins Zimmer. Bei heißen Temperaturen wäre Klimatisierung toll, aber die gibt es leider nicht. Eine von Hand ausgeschriebene Rechnung ist absolut okay, steht aber auch symbolisch dafür, wie modern und digitalisiert ein Haus ist.
