Cheap last minute booking, basic but comfortable.
Pros:

Convenient location close to main railway station and the Cathedral

Cons:

No breakfast provided, no ensuite loo and shower. Fortunately loo was next to my room. Free tea and coffee in the morning but no facility for making drinks at any other time.

konumu ve fiyatı iyiydi. resepsiyondaki kişiler ilgili ve saygılıydı.

1 gece konaklayacağım için ortak tuvalet olmasını sorun etmedim ancak daha uzun kalsaydım çok zor olurdu. ortak tuvalet çok küçük ve ben katta 1 tane olduğunu gördüm. ayrıca başka tuvalet var mı bilmiyorum.
dışarı çıktığınızda odanızın anahtarını resepsiyona bırakmanız gerekiyor. mantığını anlayamadığım gibi güvenli hissettirmedi.

Pros:

Bardzo pomocni i niezwykle uprzejmi. Recepcja czynna całą dobę. Można zostawić bagaż w dniu wymeldowania. Pokój który miałem był naprawdę cichy mimo że to centrum miasta.

Für den Kurztripp nach Köln, gut gelegenes Hotel.
Pros:

Tee und Kaffee am Morgen und Äpfel standen zur Verfügung. Sofort warmes Wasser in der Dusche, guter Haartrockner. Der Stecker mit dem Kippschalter um das Zimmer stromlos zu schalten fand ich sehr gut, Bravo.

Cons:

Die Teppiche im Zimmern.

I had a very disturbing experience during my stay.

At around 1 AM, someone knocked very aggressively on my door. The person did not initially identify themselves clearly as hotel staff, which was extremely concerning and unsettling in the middle of the night. Being woken up by someone who does not properly introduce themselves made me feel unsafe.

The person claimed there was a problem with my reservation and insisted it could not wait until the morning. There was no emergency situation. I was forced to open the door and show my booking confirmation at 1 AM. After checking, they realized there was actually no issue and simply left.

This situation was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional. Guests should never be disturbed at such an hour unless it is an actual emergency, and staff should always properly identify themselves before asking a guest to open the door.

This experience caused significant stress and made me question the hotel’s internal organization and security procedures.

Pros:

Für den Preis unschlagbar. So dicht hinterm Bahnhof (Ausgang Breslauer Platz); dass die paar Meter auch am späten Abend nicht unangenehm waren. Zimmer einfach aber sauber, schöne Handtücher, gute Bettwäsche.
24 Std. Rezeption, Haus immer verschlossen.

Cons:

Leider kein Frühstück, aber weil ich dass wusste, was aus dem Bahnhof für den nächsten Morgen mitgenommen. Filterkaffee und div. Teebeutel gab es, für mich okay, aber nix für Latte macchiato Fans.

Pros:

Single room with private shower and toilet was ample. Room was warm. Check in was easy, friendly receptionist and super close to the train station.

Cons:

Walls are paper thin and, as with most things, if you have inconsiderate neighbours you wont be sleeping much. I had a group of German guys on my floor, they came in at 2/2.30 and from then until around 4am they proceeded to talk loudly, conspire to lock themselves out of their rooms, vomit in the shared bathrooms loudly and knock on doors and call out names to try and get let in.

Sauber, praktisch aber zu teuer
Pros:

Sauber, Rezeption rund um die Uhr geöffnet, gute Lage (5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt).

Cons:

Im Zimmer findet man nur das Nötigste. Die Sanitäranlagen werden gemeinsam genutzt. Es war sauber und mehr brauche ich nicht. Aber warum kostet es 120 € pro Nacht? Man sollte höchstens 60 € bezahlen müssen. Bei 50 € würde ich 9 von 10 Punkten vergeben. Bei 120 € war ich versucht, 5 oder 6 Punkte zu vergeben.
