The unit was clean and the front desk very friendly and helpful. Other suites are very close to the beach which was wonderful!

Ustedes, Hotels.com notificaron RO, room only, cuando les habíamos pagado por adelantado habitación con desayuno buffet.
Del desayuno buffet ni sabemos cómo podría ser ya que no disponían de desayuno buffet. Y el nuestro, muy escaso, a pesar de estar incluido al pagar la habitación como ya he mencionado, tuvimos que pagarlo nuevamente, ya que
ustedes no atendieron a tiempo nuestra reclamación.
Después de una semana seguimos esperando su contestación y por supuesto, el pago del mismo.
A pesar de este inconveniente, el staff fue cordial.
Espero de ustedes que la compensación se efectúe pronto.

Concept is family friendly. Together with 2 kids we liked to be here. Poolside service and fun feels good.

I'm writing this from the lobby before I leave for the airport - and we've had a FANTASTIC week here. From a very rocky start, of a bomb scare in Dublin Airport, an evacuation and then a cancelled flight, we managed to get out a day later than planned and what a relaxing week we've had.

I had a 1 bed sea view apartment on L2 which strangely is located below ground level. This turned out to be a blessing, because the pool facing apartments face the mosque and the call to prayer at 6am woke up the rest of the family every morning 😂

The apartments are comfortable, basic and spotless clean. Housekeeping is offered daily. A downside is that they don't have microwaves or toasters, which is very unusual for a self catering property. Sockets are limited also within the property, 1 in bed room, living room and kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the shower was powerful enough, but the water needed to be run for a few mins first to heat it up.

The pool was great. It of late season so there was plenty of sun loungers to use. The snack bar was very reasonably priced and the food was lovely from it. The poolside entertainment and music was great every day and the staff are extremely friendly, polite and accommodating.

WARNING: This property is not suited for anyone with mobility issues as it's located on a VERY STEEP hill.

It's ideally located a 5 min walk from Ladies Beach and fabulous restaurants. The main centre in Kusadasi is a few mins away by taxi (€6) or a 30 min walk but again, it has steep hills and declines.

Cannot fault this property and I've already booked again for next year ✨

Just finished our two week holiday was quite hesitate about booking here cause of the reviews and let me tell you I should have listened to what people were saying! The place is an absolute dump! It needs to be completely renovated the rooms are very basic and are not cleaned each day the cleaners “fix” the sheet rather than change it making it look like it’s clean we had ants all over the bed one of the days when we came up after the pool nothing was done about it! The manager who claims to be Oscan is an absolute ar**hole excuse the language the way he treats and speaks to his staff is disgraceful! Poor girls and boys are ran off their feet from early in the morning to night with no appreciation! I will say Daniel the entertainer is brilliant and has great time for the kids and families! Bathuan the night receptionist is the nicest person and deserves a lot of credit for his hard work he does for this hotel! I could go on and on but we tried to make the most of our holiday and at that we ventured out of the hotel every night! Would never retun back here if you paid me!

What an amazing hotel from start to finish. The Management and staff have to be applauded. The Hotel is not too far away from Ladies Beach. Some comments on here seems very unfair. The rooms are clean and well serviced and the housekeeping staff very accommodating. Reception can book excursions for you such as Jeep Safari etc and tend to be cheaper than the kiosks in the area. They can even book amazing Turkish Bath (high end) and Massages for you in a high end Spa.

The staff are always warm, welcoming and friendly. The management (Ozcan) couldn't be more accommodating and nothing was an issue. There are many many hotels in Kusadasi, all with rooms and pools, but the atmosphere here is amazing.

We stay for 10 days and mostly was everything very good. The staff is young, great and very pleasant. We had great relation.
Animator Daniel is super kind and always ready for entertaining.
The rooms are cleaned every day, and inside has enough space for family of 4 people.
The outside area also is super interesting. The pool is great, and all other activities too.
