Pros:

Тихий район, вечером и ночью довольно спокойно. Персонал очень отзывчивый и стремится помочь вам во всём!

Кровать довольно жёсткая, мне это не мешало выспаться, но у кого-то может вызвать боль в спине

I can highly recommend the Orchid Hotel for anyone visiting Hue! It was a top-tier experience from start to finish. The hotel is excellent, and the service is incredibly friendly. All my questions were answered immediately, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.
​A special highlight was the private car they organized for my transfer to Hoi An. The driver was fantastic and followed all my wishes: we stopped at Lap An Lagoon, Lang Co Beach, the Hai Van Pass (Cloud Pass), and the Marble Mountains. We even had a delicious seafood lunch right at the beach in Da Nang.
​Other highlights:
​Breakfast: Freshly made à la carte breakfast – absolutely delicious!
​Service: They even helped me with my laundry, and everything was handled perfectly.
​Helpfulness: Both the hotel staff and the driver were super supportive and attentive.
​If you are looking for excellent service and a stress-free trip, this is the place to go. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

L'environnement très bruyant , boîte de nuit, karaoké . Beaucoup de baie vitrée , impossible de faire l'obscurité .

Pros:

Atención fantástica, muy amables. La ubicación es genial. Pudimos alquilar una moto en el mismo hotel por muy buen precio. La habitación era muy bonita.

La ducha no era nada cómoda. Los enchufes se salían. El desayuno muy poco variado, nada occidental.

A delightful place to stay.
Pros:

From the moment I arrived I was made most welcome at The Orchid Hotel. Even though I was there before the official check-in they had a room ready for me and a member of staff carried my bag up while I was given fruit salad and juice in the reception area to welcome me. This was a fantastic start to my stay. The room was very comfortable with a large bed a great shower and good air-conditioning. (It was hot outside.) When I was ready to go out and explore Hue, the receptionist gave me a map and explained places I might be interested in going. This was done with genuine friendship as I felt very comfortable. When I finally got to bed, I think I had the best night sleep I’ve had for a long time. Then in the morning I had a super breakfast of freshly made omelette and a delicious fruit salad with yoghurt. I felt very comfortable in this hotel and look forward to returning next year. It is well run, in a fantastic position in the old town and extremely comfortable.
