Cortijo El Sotillo

C'est la troisième fois que nous venions et nous avons trouvé l'hôtel changé. Nous avons logé dans un des appartements qui se trouvent sur le parking et l'endroit est plus bruyant et pas très intime les fenêtres donnant sur le parking. Le petit déjeuner vraiment à revoir.

internet didn't work in the room and it was never fixed. Reception, I asked to fix the internet on 3 different occasions and they always said they would do it, but the internet was never fixed. The pool was dirty on the bottom, the showers didn't work properly, and there were very few and broken loungers around the pool.

The whole place is in need of a maintenance team. In our room was unusual bed side light which was broken and full of dead insects. We asked for a double bed and received two single beds. If you cannot give a customer what they ask for then do not take their booking. The air conditioning was insufficient and we had to ask twice at reception for assistance to activate it. There was no 24 hour reception desk and no restaurant, only serving breakfast. The website needs to be updated as the information is incorrect. The room was also full of flies. Our view from the terrace was of dead trees. For goodness sake put in some new plants! It was though no one could be bothered. It is a shame as it could be lovely if looked after. The top of the pool was filthy, all the fencing needs to be treated. This property does not deserve a four star rating and we felt we did not get value for money. The coffee machine was broken at breakfast and we had to ask for hot water for making a cup of tea. The staff argued with us over our inefficient air conditioning. Overall we cannot recommend this hotel.

el desayuno. Siendo 4 estrellas esperábamos mas.

Aire acondicionado defectuoso, pasamos mucho calor. Bichos varios en las habitaciones, aunque puede ser esperado por la ubicación. Nula ayuda con el aire acondicionado. El colchón era bastante incómodo. En general, no sé debería considerar un hotel de 4 estrellas

Faltaba un poco de luz en la habitación pero aún así había iluminación

Las habitaciones podría haber 100 moscas mínimo,entiendo que al ser rural y estar en el campo no puedan hacer nada pero bueno genial todo

La puerta de nuestra habitación no cerraba correctamente y se quedaba atascada. En nuestra habitación no había agua caliente, no hubo problema porque hacía bastante calor pero hubiese sido horrible si hubiese sido en invierno. El desayuno buffet no vale la pena, muy caro para lo poco que ofrecen. Es mejor bajar hasta el pueblo.
