Pros:

Mir war schon klar, dass die Lage nicht die beste Straße in Frankfurt ist, aber die Nähe zum Bahnhof war für uns für das Wochenende des Metallica-Konzerts völlig in Ordnung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Als wir die Tür öffneten, fanden wir einen Snack auf dem Boden … überall war Staub, und auf dem Bett lagen verdächtige Haare. Unter den Betten lagen so viele Dinge, dass ich es bereute, hingesehen zu haben. Zum Glück hatten wir saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher von zu Hause dabei und konnten dort übernachten. Ich konnte es nicht fassen, dass ein Hotel in solch einem verdreckten Zustand existieren kann. Der Boden sah aus, als wäre er seit Jahren nicht mehr gefegt worden.

Aber ich hatte vorher schon Rezensionen dazu gelesen, also waren wir vorbereitet und hatten viel Spaß beim Gedanken an das Wochenende mit Haaren, Staub und Rock 'n' Roll… lol

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sehr flexibel bei wünschen, ich kann das Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist zwar im rotlichtviertel aber dafür patroulliert die Polizei hier alle paar Minuten. Man fühlt sich hier sehr sicher trotz Junkies Kriminellen und so weiter alles kein Problem. Die feinen Herren die auf dem Weg zum Bahnhof zu zweit anlächeln und dabei anschließend Fottttze oder Nutttte sagen sind in meinen Augen gefährlich.

Первый раз в этой гостинице. Что понравилось, так это чистое постельное бельё и расположение возле вокзала. На этом, я думаю, всё. Пытались найт + .

Название гостиницы совершенно не соответствует действительности. Мы во Франкфурте-на-Майне уже в шестой раз, и это самое ужасное место, где нам довелось остановиться.Номер грязный, стены пропитаны табачным дымом, который моментально впитался в одежду. В номере курят, хотя я и мой ребёнок не выносим запах табака. В туалете не было бумаги, а полотенца выдали только на одного человека — пришлось идти просить у персонала. Планировка странная: дверь в туалет частично загорожена шкафом, вижу такое впервые.Когда мы вернулись с прогулки, уже другой сотрудник грубо спросил, куда мы идём. Впервые в жизни сталкиваюсь с тем, чтобы меня так допрашивали. Затем он заявил, что я обязана оставлять ключ на ресепшене, так как он у них в единственном экземпляре. При заселении об этом правиле не предупредили, хотя администратор видела, как мы уходили из отеля с ключом.Резеток возле кровати- нет,если нужно зарядить телефон нужно идти в туалет или отключить телевизор ((((.
