Pros:

The room was nice and located on a higher floor, with a pleasant atmosphere. They also serve excellent coffee in the bar.

Cons:

Check-in takes ages and involves far too much bureaucracy. The staff could also be more relaxed and welcoming. Everyone was very formal and stiff, which made the atmosphere feel rather impersonal.
I was not impressed by the breakfast either. For the price, I find the hotel rather disappointing.

الاثاث رائع والموظفين جدا رائعين لكن النظافه كانت سيئة حرام فندق 5 نجوم وكذا

اول ما دخلت الغرفة استقبلني صرصور صغير وقلت يمكن اتوهم وكل شوي يطلع صرصور جديد للاسف خربت نومتي وحسيت بعدم الامان

Good location. Easy/short walk to train station. Beautiful newer hotel with several restaurant options in or close by. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Family friendly with activities for children.

Chambres tout confort, personnel très serviable, belle piscine.

Cons:

Trop froid dans l’hôtel max 23 degrés, nourriture européenne bof bof (rien que pour le burger il a fallu attendre qu’ils le décongèlent …on a pas
