Good stopover location.
Pros:

Good room size, excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Close to A1 highway and good for stopover..

Cons:

Room was hot, with no temperature control available. We ended up opening the window. We had to pay the room at the check-in.
Giving personal identification documents and paying upfront bothers me. It is a sign of mistrust.

All in all, I'd definitely recommend this, especially for Unipol Arena event-goers
Pros:

I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel, particularly its location near the Unipol Arena. The breakfast options are plentiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. The hotel's close proximity to the train station is also a significant advantage, allowing for easy travel. What's more, I felt perfectly safe walking back from the arena alone at night.
