Lux Fatima Hotel

Great hotel for the price. Nice rooms, good breakfast and wonderful staff. Both Ana and Joanna at the front desk were huge helps to us in assisting us in solving problems we had. Nothing bad, just things specific to our needs. The hotel is located walking distance from shops, restaurants and major attractions. They also have underground parking on site. The rooms are a bit dated and the water pressure in the shower was average which is the reason they only got 4 stars. But the staff makes up for it all.

Bom hotel.

La verdad que deja mucho que desear las habitaciones son enanas y el trato de recepción cuando se lo dices, podría mejorar muchísimo, se implican muy poco.
La habitación tiene un armario de 60cm, que cuando vienes para un día te sobra, pero cuando vienes 2 personas para una semana, te obliga a dejar la ropa en la maleta.
La nevera no funciona, la luz es pobre.
El desayuno, aparte de ser excaso, la mitad de los días no reponen las cosas y cuando les preguntas te dicen que sí, pero es que no, 2 de los días se quedan sin agua y sin tazas para el café, que es lo ultimo que puede faltar en un desayuno.
El aparcamiento que supuestamente está incluido, no puedes entrar porque está lleno siempre que vienes.
Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación que está muy cerca del Santuario.
Por mi pueden cerrar de lo peor que he visto en años.

El personal no muy amable, pero el hotel muy cerca y cómodo, muy extraño como está separado las suites y hotel, pero funciona. Muy accesible para silla de ruedas.

We were not given the free bottle of wine and also not to mention when we got to the hotel there was a mix up in the reservation as it has 2 adults and 1 child and a baby once in the room there was not a roll out bed or even a cot for a child as it should of been 2 adults and a child I was told I should have booked the right room we were given a travel cot which my child could not fit inside

La atención al cliente es pésima. La habitación no la limpian a diario sin posibilidad de obtener toallas limpias y aseo en el baño. Los colchones están en mal estado pandeados y clavándose los muelles y se sale el agua al ducharte por la mampara, cayendo el agua al suelo inundándose. El desayuno casi siempre el queso gril y pavo está en mal estado.

La salle de bain de la chambre avait une fuite venant du plafond. On nous a changé de chambre. Chambre spacieuse

Tuvimos que cambiar 3 veces de habitación y al final nos tuvimos que quedar con la primera ya que las otras opciones eran mucho peores que la primera.
En definitiva muy mala experiencia,no volveremos más a este hotel

Boa recepção, bom pequeno almoço, buffet a evitar, piscina é um aquário, bom estacionamento, estado do hotel razoável, hotel equivale a 2 estrelas pelo estado em que se encontra.

Gammel og slidt 4 stjernet hotel, som trænger til modernisering.
Vi fik først tilbudt et utilstrækkeligt rengjort værelse, og efter reklamation får vi en upgrade til et større og rent værelse.

I had a wonderful stay at Lux Hotel.The staff were friendly and attentive, and my room was clean and spacious. The highlight was the delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Great amenities and a perfect location make this hotel a top choice. Highly recommend!

Quiet and few minutes walk to shrine

Staff were not the friendliness. Rooms and hallways were dark. Also, they need to make clear the difference between Fátima lux and Fatima lux park before booking,

The hotel was ok but the guy in the restaurant ripped us off on our bill. And it was not by mistake, he was being dishonest!
