Jeśli komuś zależy na lokalizacji ok, ale znajomym odradzę ten hotel bo chodziliśmy niewyspani i czuliśmy się nieświeżo.

Cons:

Cienkie ściany, słychać nawet zapinanie plecaka u sąsiada. Brudno, słabo sprzątane, mało miejsca do położenia swoich rzeczy (szafa w pokoju brudna i niezdatna do używania), w zasadzie zostało na położenie rzeczy tylko krzesło i wąskie biurko. Smród z kanalizacji z łazienki, okna się nie otwieraly by to przewietrzyć. W łazience tylko deszczownica, ciemno. Śniadania bardzo skromne, dania na ciepło zimne.

The absolute worst experience I've had at a hotel.

The AC didn't work, it made a horrible sound. They refused to fix it, they refused to move us to a different room, we had no AC on the hottest days of the year with no recourse.

Cons:

Personal unfreundlich. Wg. technischer Probleme mussten wir mitten in der Nacht umziehen. Die versprochene Erstattung ist auch nach 10 Tagen noch nicht eingetroffen. Aufzug hat nicht funktioniert.

Pros:

Bella camera, spaziosa e ben arredata.. Bagno bellissimo, mai trovato un soffione della doccia così efficiente.
Sala colazione ed ambienti comuni molto belli.
Buona posizione.
Drink di benvenuto offerto.

Cons:

Camera da rivedere un po' dal punto di vista manutenzione.
Staff alla reception deve essere più attento, siamo stati ad attendere che un ragazzo si accorgesse di noi mentre era al cellulare.
Se stessero attenti a qualche dettaglio potrebbe essere un quattro stelle.

El comedor es espectacular y la habitación muy bonita y enorme y el cuarto de baño enorme. Muy cómodo y bien decorado

Cons:

El suelo del baño es muy antiguo y aunque está muy muy limpio, da la impresión de que no lo está al principio al estar ya muy usado, pero es parte del encanto del Hotel.

The staff are terrible, not welcoming at all especially the two members of staff working on am on 9th sep 26. I was checking in and there was no warm welcome or customer service i felt like they were doing me a favour by allowing me to stay there. It was evident they were speaking about me in Spanish and they made no attempt or very little to speak any english. When asking any questions like how far the metro is or how to switch the Tv on they sniggered and spoke in Spanish before attempting to speak in english. For what i paid and the service i received was terrible would not recommend to my friends and family and to anyone elsen

No había alcachofa en la ducha para poder ducharme mas controladamente y no había cortina ni mampara para que no se saliera el agua fuera mientras me duchaba.
