Adorei tudo, o quarto era lindo de morrer sem dúvida o mas bonito que já estivemos, todos os funcionários eram super simpáticos e a localização não podia ser melhor. Conseguimos fazer literalmente Barcelona toda a pé. Vamos voltar de certeza!!

Quarto confortável, tudo muito limpo, cama excelente! Uma observação é que no inverno não conseguimos ligar o ar condicionado, porém apesar de ser inverno pegamos uma noite mais quente!
No teníem aigua calenta a l’habitació
Nobody paid attention to your request, even though we reminded the reception twice to have the room cleaned. However, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, the room was still untidy and dirty, and the towels had not been changed. In the end, as an apology, we were given a complimentary breakfast.
The hotel was tasteful and clean; however my friends and I noticed that the staff working the breakfast area and the concierge were impatient, unpleasant, and unfriendly. Whilst waiting for information at the front desk I saw one of the young people at the desk, treat a customer with disrespect. Seeing that was quite shocking as it was a customer that he was speaking to, and the customer was clearly much older than him. I watched in shock as I had never seen someone in the hospitality industry treat a customer that way.
Another incident that was really upsetting was when I sat down at a table for breakfast and this middle aged, short blonde lady very rudely told me that I “can’t sit there” and that the table was for lunch. As a new customer, I obviously have no idea as to which tables are used for which meal – and when addressing this issue to a customer I think it’s important that they do this kindly. I felt like I was being scolded by a teacher, rather than being welcomed as a guest.
The same lady also scolded me and my friends for trying to take a yogurt with us to go. I have never heard anyone at any hotel tell me I “can’t take food outside”. This was not a plate of food – just a cup of yoghurt.
I genuinely think that treating customers with kindness and respect is a key factor in making or breaking their experiences, especially at the hotel they stay at. I did not feel welcomed or respected. I felt I was in a hostile environment. I truly advise your hotel work towards this issue, as it seemed to be reoccurring.
