Pros:

朝食は種類こそ多くないが徒歩1分のホテルで焼きたてのクロワッサン、淹れたてのコーヒーを提供してくれた。とても美味しく他にもパンやヨーグルトあり満足でした。

So hard to find and enter or exit.
Pros:

It was a big space.

Cons:

This place was very hard to find. Is a floor within other hotels
And probably apartments. You have to pass by three gates and carry multiple keys. Felt more like a hospital room.

Las habitaciones estaban renovadas.
La ubicación al lado de termini
Estaba muy limpia la habitación
El desayuno no está mal

Cons:

No hablan español los recepcionistas
La zona de desayuno es pequeña, por lo que si no vas pronto, te tocará esperar.

La posizione è perfetta per girare Roma a piedi senza spendere un capitale.

Piccolo hotel nei pressi di Roma Termini!
Pros:

Ottima scelta per un appoggio vicino a Roma Termini: letteralmente 2 minuti a piedi.
Camera essenziale, buona l’accoglienza. Per late check-in danno la possibilità di appoggiarsi all’hotel accanto, sempre di loro gestione.

Excellent emplacement et prix raisonnable!

Cons:

Difficile à trouver, 1er étage d'un autre hotel. Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Le personnel n'était pas très chaleureux... toutefois nous avons eu des réponses à toutes nos questions!

Great location near the train station.
Pros:

The apartment is in a great location if you are taking the train from Termini. We stayed here twice to spend a night in Rome before we headed elsewhere in Italy. We got the room with three beds (a rarity in Rome) so our kids could have their own beds. The air-conditioning is great and the location is close to the train station. They were able to hold our bags when the room was not ready and the free breakfast is a bonus. The price is fair and we would stay here again if we needed a place for a night or two if traveling through Rome.

Bumpy start to a decent stay
Pros:

Good value with a perfect location near the train station walking distance to Coliseum

Cons:

There was no one there to check us in. We were stuck outside in the middle of the day in the Rome heat. The AC unit in our room didn’t work. They did eventually move us to another room
