Cons:

The area around the train station is a little rough at night, and be aware it's at least a 30 min walk to get into the main sights of Rome if you don't use public transport.

I believe he was the owner, he was extremely kind and gave me a very sweet send off. Even made sure I got breakfast as it was a lil past the normal time his other hotel served it.

Perfect for a short stay close to Rome Termini.
Pros:

Perfect location for short stay close to Rome central train station. Room although small was clean, tidy and functionally perfect for our requirements. Receptionist (Nita) was friendly and very helpful for our check in. Breakfast has adjoining property was good. We would stay again.

Pobyt był bardzo udany.
Pros:

Zaskoczyła nas wielkość pokoju oraz czystość. Zarezerwowałem pokój czteroosobowy a otrzymaliśmy dwie osobne sypialnie połączone malutkim korytarzem i łazienkę.

Emplacement très proche de la gare Termini.
Restaurants et commodités au pied de l'hôtel.
Chambre correspondante à la description.
On a pu laisser nos bagages à la réception.

Cons:

Le matelas est un peu dur.
