Tranquilidad en el centro de Madrid
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente cerca de la plaza de Colon muy cercano al barrio de salamanca o Gran via con parada de metro a unos pasos. A pesar de estar en el centro la calle es muy tranquila, sin trafico.

Cons:

Calefacción muy alta de hecho la quitamos.

Pros:

Bathrobe and slippers and luxurious shower gel and body lotion. Comfy bed and independently controlled air conditioning.

Cons:

Hotel is close to designer shopping and financial centre,but not near any bars or restaurants,neighbourhood was quiet but boring,and a long way from train and bus station.

La atención y sitio

Cons:

Los muebles un poco oscuros y la terraza estaba muy mojada, sobre todo los sillones. Debería de haber un toldo o que fueran impermeables.

Hotel pequeño, tranquilo y muy bien ubicado
Pros:

Atención por parte de la recepcionista María fue excepcional. Se preocupó en todo momento por nuestro bienestar y nos ayudó cuando lo necesitamos.
