Hotel con encanto
Pros:

Es un hotel pequeño y coqueto. Muy bien situado en una calle tranquila y bien segura a escasos metros de la Plaza de Colón. La habitación es de buena dimensión, cómoda y confortable. La ducha es una maravilla. El personal atento y servicial. Muy buena experiencia

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien. Incluso solicité almohada más dura y me la facilitaron sobre la marcha.

Perfect stay, special touches, gorgeous terrace
Pros:

We stayed in the attic room with terrace and it was a phenomenal room and excellent service. Daily housekeeping, delicious in room coffee and many special touches like slippers, water, heated towel rack, vanity kits, etc. Amazing outdoor space for morning coffee.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was fantastic.

Gutes Hotel in guter Gegend. Nette Erfahrung. Sehr freundliches Team.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende in einem gut gelegenen Hotel, in einer sehr ruhigen Strasse. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben ein schönes Bad, wirken allerdings tatsächlich etwas kleiner als die angegebenen 30m2 (wirkt eher wie 25m2), aber ausreichend gross. Gehobene Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, genau wie die interessanten Viertel Recoletos/ Chueca/ und das eher schicke Salamanca.
U-Bahn in der Nähe, Flughafen sehr gut und schnell erreichbar (je nach Verkehr 15-30min).

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich im Zimmer wirkt durch dunkle Holzmöbel eher düster - was aber sicher Geschmacksache ist. Insgesamt ist die Beleuchtung etwas suboptimal. Es ist alles sehr funktional, es fehlt vielleicht ein wenig der Charme.

Tranquilidad en el centro de Madrid
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente cerca de la plaza de Colon muy cercano al barrio de salamanca o Gran via con parada de metro a unos pasos. A pesar de estar en el centro la calle es muy tranquila, sin trafico.

Cons:

Calefacción muy alta de hecho la quitamos.

Pros:

Bathrobe and slippers and luxurious shower gel and body lotion. Comfy bed and independently controlled air conditioning.

Cons:

Hotel is close to designer shopping and financial centre,but not near any bars or restaurants,neighbourhood was quiet but boring,and a long way from train and bus station.
