Charmantes Hotel in der Altstadt
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, ruhig und zentral. Älteres Hotel mit Charme.

Cons:

War Navy nicht leicht zu finden, dafür aber schließlich mit geräumiger Garage!

Ubicación y vistas desde la habitación

Cons:

Con antelación, pedimos Parking en el Hotel. NO QUEDABA. Pedimos baño con ducha SIN bañera, no había habitaciones.
Estuvimos alojados en la 6ª planta. Y el ascensor llega hasta la 5ª. Y NO es culpa del Hotel, pero por las obras municipàles, el acceso al Hotel, fué una Odisea (Y conocemos bastante bien Segovia Capital

Leuk authentiek hotel met parkeerplaatsen
Pros:

Leuk hotel met allemaal verschillend uitziende kamers. Ik had een meer authentieke kamer met een trappetje en een zithoek en mijn zus meer moderne standaard hotelkamer. Goed ontbijt en de aanwezigheid van een garage.

Cons:

Veel trappen in het gebouw en niet overal een lift. Maar voor mij is dat niet echt een probleem.

At c.200 EUR a night it was way too expensive for what it was; these small rooms should not be offered
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Room facing a tiny inner courtyard (the type used to channel light/for service) so it had no airflow and all neighbouring rooms can see inside. Room was also tiny so I couldn’t have a suitcase open and walk around the bed at the same time. Smelled very damp too; I notes it to reception but they said they couldn’t do anything about it…

Le calme. Literie kingsize au top. Proximité du centre et de la cathédrale .Établissement authentique qui se fond à l historique médiéval de la ville.

Cons:

No había agua caliente por la mañana a causa de una avería. Al comentarlo en recepción haciendo el check-out, la solución que nos dan es ir a otro hotel cercano para ducharnos. Le expongo a la recepcionista que no tengo tiempo de ir a otro hotel, porque tengo que volver a mi localidad para trabajar esa tarde y ya iba con el tiempo justo. Lo siguiente que hace es cobrarnos el desayuno que había realizado mi madre...
Si tu me estás cobrando una estancia en la que se supone que me ofreces un baño equipado con agua caliente y no es así; que menos que un detalle como por ejemplo no cobrar el desayuno. Por 10 euros han perdido un cliente que iba a coger 2 habitaciónes a la semana siguiente y otras 2 a la siguiente. Buena gestión.

Pros:

La tranquilidad de la zona. Hotel muy bien situado para desplazarse caminando a todos los edificios históricos (catedral, alcázar, acueducto). El desayuno buffet muy bueno y completo. La limpieza excelente

Hubo un día que el agua caliente no funcionaba bien, pero al día siguiente ya estaba solucionado el problema

Good location for walkers
Pros:

Location in the old town was fabulous, room was a good size in the old part of the hotel, very nice breakfast.

Cons:

Access to rooms in the old part of the hotel is by stairs only so if mobility is an issue ask for a room in the new part. Our room overlooked the street & was quite noisy.
