A weekend at Lake Garda
Pros:

A lovely hotel just a short distance (15 min walk) from the bustling city center. The breakfast was excellent, and you can have dinner in the hotel restaurant. Our dinner was superb. Pool and rooftop jacuzzi are available.

Cons:

The cleaning had started whilst we were having breakfast, so when we got back, the work wasn’t finished yet. The maid had to rush through it, and as a result, we found in the evening that there were no towels

+ Das Frühstück (Top 1): wir wafen geflasht, so viel Auswahl, herzhafte Vorbereitungen, alles was das Herz begehrt, man hatte alles zum Auswahl. Von Cornflakes, bis Bacons, gelochte Eier, Kaffee bis zu Kuchen und Süsses.
+ Die Lage: sehr ruhig und angenehem. Man konnte zu oberst im 3.Stock eine super Aussicht geniessen.
+ Das Personal: sehr freundliche, hilfsbereit und informativ. Wir konnten alles fragen und wurde sofort geholfen.
+ Preis: wir fanden es okay, weil das Frühstück, Garage fürs Auto, grösse des Zimmers und andere Parkplätze an der Strasse etc.

Cons:

- wir hatten zuerst einen Zimmer direkt am Garteneingang, dort hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer. ABER das Personal hat uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Leider ist mein Sohn Allergiker, ansonsten war es nicht so schlimm.

Gepflegtes Haus innen wie außen und freundlichen Gastgebern .
Pros:

Das Haus ist mit großzügigen gut geplanten Räumen und sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Schöne Außenanlage mit Stein, Grün, Terrasse und großem schwimmingpool und verfügt über Gratis Parkmöglichkeiten. Familienbetrieb mit sehr netten Gastgebern und freundlichen Angestellten. Am Sonntag Abend wurde sogar mit musikalischer Unterhaltung aufgewartet.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Sehr schön und entspannend.
Pros:

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal mit Freunden dort, und werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, mit viel Auswahl und sehr nettem Personal.
Der beheizte Whirlpool am Dach ist immer unser Highlight.

Cons:

Leider fuhr der Shuttlebus vom Hotel nicht mehr, da die Saison vorbei ist.
Es fährt aber ein kostenloser Bus von Garda

Staff all really friendly - breakfast, bar service and outside pool all very positive experiences.
Pros:

We only made the decision to stay in Garda the night before - so choosing a hotel was a bit rushed to be honest - but we struck lucky with Hotel Eden Garda. Initially, we selected as better value for money than lake front hotels - and we are able enough to manage what was an estimated 25min walk into town to save on costs. However - no problem walking - as the hotel offers a free shuttle bus with a good frequency of times - which was a pleasant surprise. Outdoor and undercover parking available free of charge as well. Staff all really friendly - breakfast, bar service and outside pool all very positive experiences. If returning to Garda - I'd rebook this hotel. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
