Alles wie immer .
Wir sind regelmäßig in der Villa Hügel zu Gast.
Und können uns keinen besseren Ort für unsere kleinen Auszeiten vorstellen.
Es wird einem jeder Wunsch erfüllt.

Comfort and style in turn of century villa
Pros:

Very comfortable bed , lovely heated outdoor infinity pool, excellent breakfast with great variety,nice sun terrace, reasonably priced bar, very friendly and attentive staff, interesting history about the house

Cons:

A little bit out of town, but walkable into centre and buses very easy to use and plentiful, had a lovely meal but fairly costly

Pros:

Das Personal ist hervorragend geschult und sehr Kundenorientiert.
Das Hotel, der Wellness Bereich und die Zimmer sind top sauber.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig und das Abendessen ist ebenfalls sehr schmackhaft.

Cons:

Nichts

Anmerkung: Leider gibt es immer wieder Gäste die es mit der Hygiene und den Saunaregeln nicht hinbekommen.

Alles Hervorragend!
Pros:

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Das gesamte Hotel ist sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Der Wellnessbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein und der Dachpool ist ein Traum um noch ein paar Bahnen im Anschluss zu ziehen.

Cons:

Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass das Restaurant am Tag unserer Anreise (Sonntag) geschlossen hatte. Aber es gab zahlreiche Restaurant Empfehlungen im Aushang.

Wundervolle Auszeit
Pros:

Wundervolles Hotel nahe der Innenstadt, unser Zimmer war traumhaft mit großem Balkon inkl. Tisch und Liegen, tollem Parkett und unglaublich bequemen Betten.
Der Wellness Bereich ist schön, mit 2 Saunen, einem Dampfbad und Außenbereich. Auch den Infinitypool konnten wir trotz winterlichen Temperaturen nutzen, dieser hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Dom.
Die Begrüßung durch die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption war super herzlich, wir bekamen eine Hotelführung und alle Fragen wurden top beantwortet.
Das Frühstück inkl. Frühstücksraum war außergewöhnlich gut, der Service unglaublich aufmerksam und schnell. Ebenfalls zu empfehlen ist das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant, lecker!

Cons:

Beim Abendessen hatten wir Pech mit dem Service, dieser war ziemlich langsam und unaufmerksam, aber dies war die Ausnahme.
Im Wellnessbereich bei den Saunen gab es nur sehr süßen Tee, eine ungesüßte Getränkevariante außer Wasser wäre schön.

Erholsame Zeit
Pros:

Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende in der Villa Hügel verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und geschmacklich passend zum Haus eingerichtet. Das Personal war durchgängig sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich. Der Besuch des hauseigenen Restaurants war geschmacklich super und das Frühstück vielfältig und von allem etwas dabei. Wir haben besonders die Zeit im Skypool genossen, sowie die Sauna, den Indoorpool, die Dachterrasse und die kurzen Laufwege in die Stadt oder zum Hausberg. Auch sind die Öffnungszeiten der Pools wirklich großzügig, so dass wir morgens vor dem Frühstück und abends nach dem Abendessen schwimmen gehen konnten.

Very relaxing, excellent staff, and incredible food!
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. The spa facilities were easy to access, and book. The sky pool was amazing. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were incredible.
