Excellent position as the name suggests on the hills of Trier. A family owned property, the staff is absolutely amazing, helpful and smart, understands your needs and incredibly polite. Exceptionally trained. A really professional attitude, spotless clean, fabulous breakfast and restaurant. Limited parking underground and in front of the property. Excellent 19 m outdoor all-year swimming pool. Spa and sauna plus another indoor swimming pool of smaller size. They offer massages. Excellent for the value and frankly best place to stay in Trier.

Cons:

I wished the outdoor pool opens earlier like 7am instead of 8am. I also wished the menu of the restaurant offers more variety even though the quality is very high and one can get many varieties of food.
