Professional and very friendly staff. Beautiful Skypool, nicely heated outside. Room was lovely, bed/mattress was great, very comfortable. There is a Spa/Sauna and a relaxation area with nice lounge chairs, but also the hanging rocking chairs, how awesome. Breakfast had much to chose from, different kinds of bread, cold cuts, eggs, yoghurts, etc. Very tasty. A great place to relax. And no screaming kids either.

Fantastic location, swimming pools including a 19m that ai enjoyed every day swimming in. Breakfast is surreal! Great options of massages and sauna & spa. Very well maintained, staff is exceptionally well trained and trying to accommodate always for your needs.
The only bad thing is the parking which is almost always difficult to find a spot but they have several parking a within 50 meters. The other thing I wish they had was a fitness room. I guess fitness could be the swimming pools.
My wife and I had the most incredible stay. Everything from staff friendliness, to the spa, to the dining experiences - it was amazing. It is not often that I write a review but the experience was 10/10.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Hügel Mosel vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Atmosphäre dort ist so wohltuend, ruhig und entspannt – genau der richtige Ort, um einfach mal durchzuatmen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das wunderbare Personal: so freundlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig absolut professionell. Man merkt sofort, mit wie viel Herz und Engagement dort gearbeitet wird. Selbst in einer kleinen unerwarteten Situation wurde sich mit so viel Einsatz, Ruhe und Herzlichkeit um uns gekümmert, dass wir wirklich beeindruckt waren.
So viel Menschlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft erlebt man nicht überall. Vielen Dank für diese besondere Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Einfach alles, es fehlte an nichts, ein wunderschönes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht auf Trier. Das Frühstück ist einfach ein Traum. Skypool einfach top, sowie auch die Saunas und Innenpool!
Kann man nur empfehlen. Alle waren super nett und hilfsbereit.
