Very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly.
Pros:

The service and cleanliness.
The staff were uniformly excellent in providing service and in their friendliness. I would like to particularly commend the front desk staff (especially Charlotte), the kitchen and bar staff (especially John and Pavio [Pouya?]) and the room cleaning staff.
It was well located for many of the main attractions ( different from previously trips where I had chosen a hotel at the other end of city near Piazza del Popolo).

Cons:

My room slightly on small size but OK especially for one person. It was nevertheless very pleasant.

location, breakfast - was amazing - very attentive with a lot of welcoming goodies that made us feel very special

Cons:

the location of our room - it ended up to be street level - so we couldn't even open the window - this was a big bummer - even though the room was amazing. and the elevator didn't work - meaning we had to carry the luggage (it was an annex room).

A lovely boutique hotel with excellent service, thoughtful inclusions and a fantastic location for exploring Rome.
Pros:

The Nerva Boutique Hotel was a wonderful base for our stay in Rome. The location is excellent, central and within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s major sights.

Our room was surprisingly spacious, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. We particularly appreciated the complimentary minibar, generous supply of bottled water, and the complimentary drink tokens provided on arrival, thoughtful touches that made us feel very welcome.

Our airport transfer was smooth, well communicated and easy, which made for a great start to our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive and helpful, offering suggestions for different places to visit around Rome. When I had difficulty purchasing online tickets for the Pantheon, the reception team arranged them for me at no additional charge, which was greatly appreciated. The same-day laundry service was also excellent and very convenient.

Cons:

Very little to fault. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and found the hotel extremely well located for exploring Rome.

Pros:

Nerva Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the Roman Forum and only a short walk to the Colosseum, yet tucked away on a quiet street that made it feel like you were living like a local. The hotel is beautiful, the restaurant was excellent, and every member of the staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, and helpful. It struck the perfect balance between feeling like a tourist seeing Rome’s iconic landmarks and feeling immersed in the neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again.

Slice of heaven in the grand city of Rome
Pros:

This is a slice of artistic heaven in the busy city of Rome. All the staff from the managers to the waiters were super friendly warm and welcoming and very informative! Food was great for such a small place. The location is fantastic! Mini bar is fully stocked and free of charge, they give you small gifts like water bottles, books, post cards. There’s bands playing. Boutique hotels are always better than large fancy ones. Biggest thing is the warm people working there who are super accommodating.

Cons:

Small room and bathroom but all the positives make up for it and more. And mosquitoes were annoying but that’s Rome summers.
