Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel son preciosas. Parecen de una película medieval.
La ubicación muy buena y parece que estás integrado con todo el entorno.

Cons:

Creo que nos ubicaron en las habitaciones antiguas y para mi gusto son demasiado rústicas. Teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Magical hotel very picturesque
Pros:

Beautiful hotel building and surroundings. Easy access to places

Cons:

Tea and coffee at breakfast was not hot enough and big queues at machines. Picnic breakast could have been better for 2 people

Toledo monumental
Pros:

Está situado en la misma muralla, y el entorno del hotel es precioso. Está al lado de unas escaleras mecánicas que suben al centro de Toledo. Si vas en coche está muy cómodo y alrededor hay mucha zona azul para aparcar, incluso hay zona blanca si buscas bien (verde es solo residentes, cuidado!!). El hotel por dentro tiene mucho encanto, con vegetación muy cuidada

Cons:

El desayuno es muy muy bueno, pero hay que calentar la leche en el microondas….. lo que hace mucha cola
Las ventanas no aíslan bien y se oía mucho el agua de una fuente en el patio, TODA LA NOCHE.

Amazing building and gardens let down by its staff.
Pros:

Beautiful suite and terraces
Comfortable beds. Once we had cracked the parking outside the door of the hotel it was easy
I suggest waiting for a space there as there was a lot of churn.

Cons:

Staff on reception unfriendly too busy chatting they did not tell us about breakfast , offer us a map or inform us of the WiFi . No one asked if we had a nice stay when checking out . Felt we were a nuisance. Maybe a lack of confidence in the language difference but they could at least smile.
The breakfast staff were lovely so helpful and charming.
No bar or restaurant open on a Tuesday and Wednesday night.
Although the escalator is near the hotel, it does not show off the best of Toledo when you get to the top. We preferred the gate to the left of the entrance which showed beautiful buildings and the incline was not too much.

Difficile de trouver l'itinéraire pour arriver à l'hôtel, même en étant guidé par la localisation donnée, et indication pas très visible à l'extérieur

Olin ostanut Deluxe-huoneen ja olin saanut käsityksen että tyylikäs iso huone ja ikkunat puutarhaan. Huone oli onneton pieni koppi, hyvä että sängyt mahtuivat ja ikkunan näköala vastapaiseen melkein kiinniolevaan seinään ja ikkunasta tunki ruuan käryjä huoneeseen.
Olin seuralaiseni kanssa tosi pettynyt.
Vastaanottovirkailijat olivat välinpitämättömiä ja ylimielisiä. Tunsin olevani tosi epätoivottu hotelliin.
Kun tulin aamiaiselle n. 10 aikaan (aamiainen klo11 asti) saatavilla 2 isoa teemukia (tai cafelatte mukia, itse sai maidon lämmittä mikrossa), toinen muki likainen ja toinen rikki. (teevesi haaleaa)
Ravintola on auki vain kahtena iltana viikossa!
Mistä hotelli on saanut 4 tähteä kun palvelut olivat onnettomat?
