Lack of hospitality basics...it's an event venue, not for inviting stay
Pros:

Location is great to get to attractions.

Cons:

The hotel seems to put great focus on directing guests to make consumption at the restaurant on site. The room only provides 2 small bottles of fresh water upon check in, and do not restock water again for my 3 nights stay. When asking for fresh drinking water, the front desk directs guests (no matter what hours) to the on-site restaurant to purchase water. This is very odd considering a 2L water bottle costs about 60 cents at LiDL and will offer great convenience to guests who are tired from all day walking and sightseeing and just want to relax in the room. Also no kettle to be borrowed, room has no coffee/tea whatsoever, no fridge either. My single room also has no desk space anywhere.. In short, the hotel room amenities literally killed my fantasy to stay in a historical space as hotel - it does not offer the basic hospitality for a comfortable stay.

I read past reviews raving about holding events at the hotel - it has beautiful surroundings for instagram pictures but I wonder if those reviewers spent a few nights at the hotel rooms to truly experience it as a hotel, not just an event venue?

Instalaciones exteriores preciosos y bien mantenidos
El desayuno de muy alta calidad incluso para personas intolerantes al gluten.

Cons:

Una habitación pésima para un hotel de 4****, colchones no muy cómodos, así como almohadas. Encontramos una cucaracha debajo de la cama supletoria para la niña y al final terminamos durmiendo los tres en las dos camas individuales juntas. Yo siendo gerente de una empresa de higiene y desinfección... Los baños están por modernizar los elementos aunque sea con una línea retro o clásica.

Recomiendo un último vistazo exhaustivo antes de la entrega de las habitaciones y cambiar los marcos de las ventanas o sellar mejor las hojas de madera.

Perfeito para se ambientar ao local.

Cons:

Faltou um estacionamento próprio....mas tem um público na frente, só precisa ficar atento aos prazos de cada pagamento.

it was just okay, not as good as I expected.
Pros:

I drove here, so having parking right below the hotel was really convenient. But if you’re not driving, the location is not great.

Cons:

The cobblestone streets are really inconvenient and not friendly at all for people with heavy luggage. It would be especially difficult for disabled guests.
there aren’t many restaurants nearby, and it’s a bit far from the main attractions.

La ubicación y el propio hotel. Antiguo pero reformado. Maravilloso

Cons:

La habitación no era la que me salía en la foto cuando reservé. Reservé la habitación doble deluxe y no era la que salía en la foto, estaba muy bien, pero no era la misma.

Pros:

Decepcion total , muchos ruidos , almohada de cama demasiado blanda , sin opcion a cena , aparato de aire en la habitacion muy ruidoso , llegamos un rato antes de hora de entrada y no se nos dio opcion de entrar antes de las 15 : 00 horas a la habitacion . En general una decepcion no volvere a reservar aqui .

Cons:

La insonorización es nula , los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado parecían estar en la nuestra. La conservación del hotel es bastante precaria , la cama no era nada estable . Me esperaba más calidad la verdad.

La habitación y el hotel en general que es muy bonito.
La habitación era muy grande, con un bañera enorme, la cama comodísima y todo muy limpio.
Además está justo al lado de las escaleras mecánicas y llegas al centro enseguida.
