Parfait !
Pros:

Tout était super.
Très bonne literie. Un de meilleur du Vietnam qu’on ai testé ! Très bien placé mais pas bruyant du tout !
Le personnel très gentil qui nous a énormément aidé pour les galères de vols annulés ! On le remercie encore énormément !!

Cons:

Pas de formule petit dej mais c’es le cas dans beaucoup d’hotel dans le vieux quartier.
Sinon rien à redire !!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well maintained, which made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect because it is right in the downtown area, so everything you need is nearby — restaurants, shops, and attractions are all within easy walking distance.

The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. It is a great place to stay if you want a clean, comfortable hotel with an excellent location and kind staff.

מארחים מקסימים! חדר גדול ומרווח
יש גם מזגן וגם מאוורר אך לצערינו לא היה חלון ולכן היה ריח לא מדהים
מיטות נוחות ומיקום מושלם

Cons:

קיבלנו מגבות עם כתמים וביקשו להחליף והחליפו מיד

If you’re staying one night and just need 4 walls and a bed then it’s fine but if you need comfort then look elsewhere
Pros:

The staff were really nice and happy to help with pick ups from the airport and anything else we needed

Cons:

The room was not like the pictures at all. They have pictures from other bathrooms not even in the hotel which completely miss sold the room. The shower was covered in mould and there was no window in the room. The toilet paper was behind the door so it wasn’t even in reach 😂 as there was no air circulation, the sheets/bed felt damp and the room smelled in the morning/after a shower. Plus no elevator. We checked out after the first night.

Staff is very friendly, they go above and beyond to make sure I have comfortable stay. They also arranged some amazing trip in the North, Ha Giang Loop is the best

Polecam na budżetowe noclegi w centrum
Pros:

Hotel w centrum nocnego życia w Hanoi. Tak więc lokalizacja idealne jeśli zależy nam na nocnych wyjściach.
Przyjazna recepcja która może doradzić co gdzie zobaczyć. Dostałem upgrade pokoju na większy z 2 dużymi łóżkami.
Wifi działało dobrze, do tego były krzesła i stolik do pracy.

Cons:

Miałem pokój na ostatnim 4 piętrze a w hotelu niestety brak windy. Jednak jest to standard w tej lokalizacji więc trudno uznać to za duży minus.
W pokoju są okna jednak 1m od nas od razu ściana budynku tak więc światła słonecznego praktycznie brak. Jednak równiez jest to standard w tej zabudowie...
Słabe ciśnienie prysznica.

Super hôtel idéalement placé avec un personnel super gentil
Pros:

Super réactivité à mes questions et adaptabilité au niveau des horaires d’arrivée et de départ (j’ai pu arriver poser mes bagages a 5h du matin et repartir à 5h également)
Mes questions sur WhatsApp ont été traitées en quelques minutes à chaque fois, et la réceptionniste m’a même appelée pour me proposer ma chambre en avance des qu’elle a été prête !
Tous les membres du personnel que j’ai rencontrés ont été gentils et amicaux avec moi

Khách sạn ngay trung tâm phố đi bộ cực thuận tiên cho thăm thú, ăn uống, vui chơi, chỉ đi bộ 5 phút tới Hồ Hoàn Kiếm. Họ mới cải tạo lại khách sạn nên đồ đạc nội thất mới và đẹp, giá rẻ so với dịch vụ, nhân viên thân thiện đặc biệt bạn nữ sẽ cung cấp cho bạn mọi thông tin bạn cần kể cả về tour du lich...

Cons:

Hơi khó đi ngủ sớm tầm 10h vì là phố đi bộ.

when I stayed they have just renovated so everything is perfect, room is very nice and clean and comfortable, staff are so friendly. Location is right in the center of the Old Quarter.
