Good room for the small budget. Friendly staff. Good location
Pros:

The location is nice. There's plenty of convenient places all around. The streets gets a little crazy(crazy good? ) though for the night life.
I'm a solo traveler so it have everything needed on a budget, a bed with bathroom. Enough space for 1 person. The room offer shampoo and body wash. No hand soap. But I travel with all my own toiletries anyways. It have a TV that I couldn't figure how to use. I don't use them anyways but I wanted to test it. Haha. Ac works pretty good. Trying to find the light switch for the bathroom took me a minute lol. The staffs are friendly and can probably answers to all your needs I feel like. But I enjoyed my stay. I only use this room to leave my stuff and to sleep in. Good price.

Cons:

Nothing really bothers me easily. But if i what say it might be bother to some. The shower head have no pressure to it. It drizzled lol. Nothing bad but should be noted for some. You are smacked in the middle of a party street, so some sounds can leak in while sleep. I slept fine. And also, you might hear drunks walking up the stairs and chatting loudly to their rooms not being quiet about. The doors is thin so sound from the stairs can be loud. Like the slapping sounds of flip flops.

Pros:

Cheap and value for money. It is two stars. Expect what to expect. Use to it purpose day trip stagrage. Day resting washroom facilities AC. Not ideal for over night stay. In middle of party zone. Evening is too loud of street shop noise , music.

Cons:

Cash only. No mention, or notification on online booking before check in.

Emplacement au top mais attention au choix de la chambre
Pros:

L emplacement dans le vieux quartier pratique pour la découverte d hanoi
Le personnel très gentil et vous aide à organiser la suite de votre séjour
Il m ont organisé les 4 jours pour la Ha Giang loop très pratique car ils s’occupent de tout

Cons:

Une chambre minuscule sans fenêtre ( ne pas être claustrophobe) et une salle bain sans lumière

Pros:

La sympathique personne à l'accueil.

Cons:

- Chambre minuscule sans fenêtre.
- Fortes odeurs de moisissure.
- Pas de lumière, ni d'aération dans la salle d'eau.
- Haut de porte en verre à 50cm du lit donnant sur le palier, allumé toute la nuit.
- Chambre vraiment malsaine qui ne devrait pas être proposée sur Booking.
- Le staff a modifié mes dates de location pour m'empêcher de mettre un avis.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, and the lady was kind and informative. I had to convince the young man on duty to pay with a credit card for our nights as it was booked with a credit card.

Achtung Schimmel!!!

Der einzige positive Punkt ist die Lage direkt im Old Quarter von Hanoi!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war so feucht das sogar das Bild an der Wand sich gewellt und Blasen geworfen hat. Ansonsten etliche Schimmelstellen, auch bereits überstrichene was zeigt das das Problem seit langem existiert. Lüfter im Bad ging nicht und Klimaanlage nicht richtig und das ohne Fenster! Bettzeug war ebenfalls klamm. Keine wirklichen Lösungsversuche der Managerin! Anderes Zimmer zum doppelte Preis war ihr Vorschlag. Die 6 Stunden in der Nacht ( bin leider erst spät angekommen ) war nix mit schlafen ,dafür früh gleich ein Hustenanfall, da wollte ich nur noch raus da! Die "Nacht" musste ich dann noch voll bezahlen! Absolute Abzocke und ich hatte schon viele Absteigen.

Pros:

Tout était super.
Très bonne literie. Un de meilleur du Vietnam qu’on ai testé ! Très bien placé mais pas bruyant du tout !
Le personnel très gentil qui nous a énormément aidé pour les galères de vols annulés ! On le remercie encore énormément !!

Cons:

Pas de formule petit dej mais c’es le cas dans beaucoup d’hotel dans le vieux quartier.
Sinon rien à redire !!

מארחים מקסימים! חדר גדול ומרווח
יש גם מזגן וגם מאוורר אך לצערינו לא היה חלון ולכן היה ריח לא מדהים
מיטות נוחות ומיקום מושלם

קיבלנו מגבות עם כתמים וביקשו להחליף והחליפו מיד
