Apart-Hotel Plaza Colonial

Me gustó la piscina, la ubicación, el parqueo pero hay que mejorar las condiciones del apartamento y la atención al cliente.

I stayed here for one night only because I couldn't get my money back. The TV was on no remote. I told a worker she was sitting on the floor with 3 others talking. I said I don't have WiFi it doesn't reach my room. She told the others and they all laugh. That says much. I had to go back down stairs and tell the receptionist. It took over one hour to get a remote for my tv. The room has one lamp. No bulb. Yet it's a 55.00 usd.room but only because it's bigger. Itsunami not worth it. A sorry rotten cab driver advise me it was a nice place. Not! By the way I am in room 15, 3 floor. Even though she connect me to the WiFi down the hallway it's still poor. Stay away for that price. You basically get what you pay for. Hot water and a/c was the big plus.

It is nice Hotel, is located in Town clse to business and close to the Beach.

No estaban preparados para atender al grupo, por lo que habían algunas habitaciones sin accesorios baño (papel higiénico, jabón baño, toallas,etcétera )agua de tomar habían que buscar fuera del hotel porque ellos no garantizan al huésped.

Went there to check in, and the soon we got there the smell hit us, and they have false advertisement isn't located in the Colonial Zone, is far away. The girl in the counter was very rude, swimming pool was dirty, we went to check the room out and I ended up leaving because #1 the place stink and it didn't look secure, the parking lot was full of trash, will not recommend this place to my worse enemy, we went to a real clean hotel in the middle of the Colonial Zone paying the same price and the staff there was very wonderful.

I thought breakfast is included....staff is asking for extra payments

Nice clean place to stay. Food and service are good. The rooms and air were all working. I recommend this place for a person on a budget and/ or back packing . Close to so many attractions and other food placeswith in walking distance. Pool was clean.

bien..pero el hotel necesita una remodelacion, porque esta en buena ubicacion pero como le digo televisores y equipos de las habitaciones tienen que mejorar

We were looking for a place to spend the night to explore the city in the AM. I am not sure how did I let my husband convince me to stay after seeing the quality of the rooms. Let me start by saying that rooms were extremely dirty. Disgusting. I would not stay here even if is for free. Floor, bathtub dirty filthy. no fridge on their famous suite hotel, mold around ac, ceiling falling down, like seriously I am not sure how in the world I allowed my husband to convince me. Pictures speak for themselves.

I was assaulted gun point at the hotel parking lot the same night I arrived.
They stoled money and documents. There was no visible security at the moment, because he was unarmed and hiding. The administration does not take responsibility for their employees, because when we came back to investigate about the case and why there was not armed security personnel and why he didn't call for help, they say that they had no knowledge of it. The detective asked them for his name and address, they only new the first name. Can you imagine employers that don't know the names of their employees. Not nice. :/

Charge more than reservation price, i reserve at 50 pay 55, didnt know how to charge credit card, had to pay cash,

This hotel was terrible. It had a whole stuffed with wet toilet paper filling it in the ceiling, the mattresses were old and dingy. The television was old and only showed a few channels. The restaurant only served chicken and mashed potatoes. The free breakfast consisted of bread and coffee. The grounds were not kept and had broken sidewalks, pieces of metal covering large wholes in the walkway, etc. The staff was rude and short. I travel to dominican republic frequently and never stayed at a place like this! Never again!

At first I had problems with the AC ,, but they later on fixed the problem and moved me to another room,,, otherwise I have no complaints and I would recommend this hotel,,, it's easy to go places from there ,,, I would go there again and enjoy my vacations

el hotel es economico acorde a su infrestructura.
el personal de recepcion no es cortes ni diligente, siendo la cara visible para gestionar requerimientos... son negligentes.
NO CONOCEN LA PALABRA AMABILIDAD

lo único bueno es su piscina.
esta alejado de todo.
el sector es peligroso.
las habitaciones son viejas y mal mantenidas.
cucarachas en los closet
las personas que trabajan aca. deben ser mal remuneradas ya q no trabajan a gusto

Muy Mal, cuando llegue la reserva no aparecio, me querian cobrar a otra tarifa, la habitacion estaba sucia, sin toallas ni jabon ni papel de baño, luego a solicitud mia mandaron a una persona a limpiarla estando yo dentro y me dijo que no podia ser que la mandaran a eso a esa hora ect. el aire acondicionado era como la brisa de un abanico porque era muy pequeño para el tamaño de la habitacion, la bañera estaba oxidada y la cama era super incomoda como la mas barata del Mercado. en fin fue una estadia deprimiente... No vuelvo a ese hotel ni que me lo regalen, deberian quitarlo de esta prestigiosa pagina de hotels.com

If management spends alot more money on improvement of the decor of complex then it would attract more consumers.

Me gustó en forma general el hotel, excepto que no hubo agua en la noche y en la mañana sólo un rato, porque tenían una bomba mala. Tuvimos dificultad con el agua. Y el hotel no aportó soluciones.
