Pros:

Rental of this property in the winter season has some issues but overall, it met our needs. After a very long drive, we arrived at 4 am. We were unable to check in until later in the morning. Once we checked in at the hotel next door, getting into the apartment was a challenge. You need to access through a side gate, find the elevator in the dark, maneuver around obstacles in the dark before getting to the apartment. The front access / lobby is closed this time of year and all the furniture is covered up for the season and the doors and windows boarded up. The place looks abandoned. Once in our apartment, everything was comfortable with everything needed for a weeks stay. The only issue in the apartment was the lack of hot water. There was only enough to provide 2 inches of hot water in the tub. We had a great ocean view and there are nice walks along a fabulous beach.
The hotel next door provides an excellent and reasonably priced breakfast buffet to get your day off to a good start. We used this location to travel around this region of Spain and Portugal. The driving access was poor for our purposes due to the location Access to the main highways was difficult due to the large number of traffic circles and the fact that this is more of a destination resort for the spring, summer, and fall seasons.
I'm sure that this is an excellent place to stay as a destination resort in the busy season. All services in the area were closed for the winter.

Pros:

Good and clean appartments and beds. Breakfast good. Hospitality very good.
Indoor pool is not really a pool but a spa (with a pool ;-) Requires additional payment and is only open for children during weekends from 4 to 8 PM.

Pros:

fiz uma reserva para 5 pessoas, mas apenas tinha toalhas para 4 e não me deixaram a quinta cama feita nem lençóis.Como era só uma noite e de noite não podíamos chamar ninguém, porque não havia ninguém de serviço acabámos por dormir em 4 camas
