L'emplacement, le parking, le petit déjeuner

Attribution d'une chambre côté rue alors que la chambre réservée était indiquée côté cour, jardin et vue sur lac avec refus de la réceptionniste d'attribuer une chambre correspondant à la réservation réfutant les indications de l'application booking.com : circulation des véhicules sur le boulevard : la nuit fut courte !
La climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas comme toutes les autres dans l'hôtel - nous n'avons pas été averti de cette défaillance au moment de notre arrivée et du paiement de la nuitée alors que la température locale était de 30° !!! Grosse déception, salle de bain étriquée et malodorante, obligé de forcer les portes pour les fermer ...les prestations ne relèvent pas d'un 3 étoiles !
