Clean , value for money good food

The hotel was clean and the staff on reception were very helpful Value for money it was super room breakfast and evening meal all super

Cons:

The roof top pool heated and under cover was more of a paddling pool with no room for swimming when we went to swim Also we booked late and didn’t realise how far out of Benidorm we were but got our steps in for our stay

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante desde el momento de la llegada. Reservamos con pensión completa, esperando una calidad mínima acorde a lo que se ofrece, pero lamentablemente la realidad fue muy distinta.

El almuerzo del mediodía fue muy malo, hasta el punto de que gran parte de la comida resultaba prácticamente incomible. La mayoría de los platos estaban basados casi exclusivamente en patatas o comidas rellenas de baja calidad. Por ejemplo, el salmón parecía viejo y recalentado, con una textura y un sabor que no eran propios de un plato recién preparado. En general, la comida ofrecía muy poca variedad y una calidad bastante baja.

Otro aspecto que nos sorprendió negativamente fue el gimnasio. En la descripción del hotel aparece como servicio disponible, pero no informan claramente que hay que pagar 5 € para poder usarlo. Además, después de subir y bajar varias veces para informarnos, nos indicaron que también era obligatorio llevar toalla, algo que tampoco se explica previamente. El gimnasio se encuentra en un subsuelo, con máquinas bastante antiguas, sin aire acondicionado ni ventilación adecuada, por lo que el ambiente resulta bastante agobiante para entrenar.

La distribución del hotel también es bastante incómoda. La recepción se encuentra en una primera planta y el edificio parece un auténtico laberinto, lo que hace que moverse dentro del hotel resulte poco práctico.

A esto se sumó un problema con la puerta de nuestra habitación. La tarjeta dejó de funcionar y nos hicieron subir y bajar varias veces a recepción sin ofrecer una solución real al problema. Finalmente, mi pareja tuvo que insistir para que subiera alguien del hotel a revisar la puerta, porque ya estábamos cansados de ir y venir sin que se resolviera nada.

A pesar de que nos hizo mal tiempo, en el hotel habían bastantes cosas para hacer. Juegos, animación, baile…
El personal una auténtica maravilla. Super atentas, simpáticas… La comida muy rica. Sin duda volveremos!!!!

Pros:

Tiene buena ubicación cerca de la parte antigua de Benidorm. Tiene piscina cubierta y otra al aire libre, para ir con niños está muy bien, aunque por el tiempo no pudimos usar la exterior. A la hora de las comidas estábamos muchas personas, la mayor parte en este mes (marzo) eran grupos del imserso, pero el comedor es grande y no hubo problema. La zona común tambien es amplia. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Cons:

Simplemente algún detalle que echamos en falta como una neverita en la habitación, o que hubiera habido algo mas de animación por la noche después de cenar, ya que la mayoría de los dias la animación consiste en un baile, sobretodo para las personas mayores. Aún así, lo pasamos bien.
