Genial
Pros:

Tranquilo, personal competente y amable, localización buena, 15' caminando del centro y a 5' de RENFE, sin el bullicio del la zona turística cerca del centro.
Instalaciones cuidadísimas.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, verdadeiro 4 estrelas, estacionamento ao lado sem dificuldades.
Café da manhã compatível com o nível do hotel.

Habitación y baño amplios y cómodos, buen desayuno buffet, personal amable y correcto. Ubicación a 15 mn. del centro, bien.

Cons:

Quizá habría que revisar el tema de las almohadas , algo duras, y las sábanas un poco tiesas.

Da cordialidade dos funcionários.

Cons:

Limpeza do banheiro e do quarto em geral. O quarto não estava preparado. Lixeira do banheiro estava suja cheia de papel usado. Não tinha manta para se cobrir, solicitamos uma e veio rasgada e toda embolada como se estivesse suja. A cama é daquelas que quando um se vira balança o outro que está dormindo. A garagem horrível para estacionar.

La ubicación perfecta.

La bañera de hidromasaje súper pequeña no cabe una persona sentada , no me pude relajar, por que no entraba en ella , solo de pie.

Cons:

Estaba sucio apenas entramos lo vimos en el suelo había papel debajo del mueble.

Ademas olia como a viejo ,tenía un olor muy desagradable.

Good option for short stay in Avila
Pros:

Lovely traditional hotel, very smart, clean with well appointed rooms. Very good quality bed linen and towels. Good location, easy access by car and about 15 minutes walk to the old town of Avila. Only minutes walk from the railway station, slightly longer to the bus station. Extensive breakfast spread with selection of fruit, cereals, hot/cold plates, bread & pastries. Thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights here.

Cons:

No kettle in room. Ran out of tea bags (black tea) for 2 out of 3 breakfasts.
