Razoável mas com muito a melhorar
Pros:

Pequeno almoço bom mas sem grande preocupação com intolerantes à lactose. A localização é boa.

Cons:

Podia haver maior cuidado nos têxteis, a cama tinha colchas rotas, os colchões eram desconfortáveis, pouca reposição de papel higiénico, o ar condicionado não funciona bem e o lavatório entupia. Podia haver uma melhoria nos produtos de higiene já que as embalagens eram pequenas e o shampoo era também o gel de duche.

Atención exquisita, instalaciones a mejorar
Pros:

Atención exquisita, Ana ha sido muy atenta en la recepción, el hotel tiene buena ubicación y buena calidad precio.

Cons:

Por mejorar algunas cosas, las camas individuales son un poco estrechas y en el baño olía bastante a tabaco no se porqué, los no fumadores lo notamos mucho, además le haría falta una reforma al mismo baño. Un hotel de 4 estrellas debería tener al menos una pequeña piscina o un gimnasio.


Además la TV está capada y no se pueden poner subtítulos en español y tampoco hay ningún canal que no sea portugués, cosa que en otros hoteles de Portugal que he estado si que había opciones de subtítulos y también canales españoles.

Pero por lo demás todo correcto. Obrigado por todo. Volveremos.

Good stay and good value for money
Pros:

Location was great, staff was very kind and friendly, breakfast was good.

Cons:

The doors are old so you hear a lot of noise from the corridor, the bathroom could use some deep cleaning and some improvements
