Dificuldade na regulação da temperatura da água do duche

El cuarto de baño,la ducha funcionaba mal.

Hôtel très bruyant, surtout quand l'ascenseur se met en route. Le ménage des chambres laisse à désirer. Sur un séjour de plusieurs jours, les draps n'ont pas été changés une seule fois. Le sol de la chambre était sale. Le petit déjeuner est trop peu diversifié.

I booked 2 rooms. Check in went fine and we were able to get into both rooms to relax for awhile. We left to visit friends and returned after 10pm. The key code did not work for 1 of the rooms when we returned. No one staffs the front desk after 9pm. We tried using our receipt to get a new pin code which it said required us to pay a balance. We owed nothing and there was no option to pay. We tried the 2 emergency phone numbers listed on the receipt numerous times with no responses. We tried all of these option for about 90 minutes. There is a security camera where we were stuck at the front desk for the 90 minutes. I tried the room code again pushing very hard on the door for maybe the 50th time and it opened. We entered and slept. We were unable to get the key code to work again in the morning and we informed the morning staff of the problem. We left the hotel. Around 11am the hotel called me and apologized and asked for a screen shot of the phone calls the night before which I sent. She said she could also see I had tried to get a new room code numerous times the night before. She apologized and said she would forward the information to her manager. It is 3 days now and I have heard nothing further. Non response to their emergency after hours phone number is a serious problem.

Falta de limpeza (cheiro a mofo e bolor nas paredes). As fotografias não correspondem à realidade uma vez que o hotel precisa de muitas obras. As fotografias são de quando o hotel era novo. Se renovado e acrescentado confordo seria um conceito muito interesante.

Le falta luz al baño

Mucha dejadez en la limpieza de la habitación y nulo en el baño. En tres días nos limpiaron el baño teniendo un niño, se lo hemos comunicado todos los días y ha dado igual.
El bufete del desayuno deja mucho que desear

Alojamento de baixa qualidade, quarto com condições mínimas e sem conforto. Quer a descrição, quer as fotos no anuncio do Booking, são para mim, publicidade enganosa. A não repetir....a evitar e a denunciar a gritante falta de qualidade do alojamento.

La ducha necesita una renovación.
