Hotel Barra

Correu tudo muito bem.
A localização é excecional e o conjunto hotel/piscinas tem muitas potencialidades.
Nota-se vontade de melhorar (as televisões antigas foram substituídas na nossa estadia).
Logo que possível conviria cuidar da pintura exterior.

Would not recommend this hotel to someone I didn’t like . We got a room on the fourth floor and it smelled like a combination of rotten wood and piss complained and got moved to a room on the third and was thrilled to see for feet of exposed electrical wire and ,for some reason a power outlet about seven feet off the floor in the bathroom . The lights in the stairway weren’t working around the second making them a death trap and management is about as rude as it can get without being outright aggressive

Tous c’est bien passé mais nous avons été surpris sur le fait que nous avons dû payer les deux nuits en partant étant donner que nous avions dû rentrer notre numéro de carte de crédit lors de la réservation.

Not dog friendly and the staff not friendly. Discrimination against well trained clean pets. It’s old and needs renovation. Good location though . Parking nearby. I don’t recommend unless you are not looking for customer service and if you don’t have a pet. Good restaurants around.

Beautiful stylish retro 70's chic hotel. Loved the quality furnishing and fittings. Thankfully they have not refurbished since it was constructed. OK, the external fabric could do with a lick of paint, but hey we weren't there to look at the outside. The young receptionist chap was extremely helpful and happy. Very clean place. The hotel is in the centre of all local amenities at an absolute bargain price per night.

This is a rather odd hotel with some pretty old facilities. The check in lobby looks nice but some of the rooms smell bad and look like they were build 40 years ago. The saving grace of the hotel is that they did have some nice views and were friendly. But it's definitely not worth paying more than fifty euros a night.

Ich hab einfach eine billige Übernachtung gesucht und gefunden. Wenn man kein Luxus erwartet und der Preis massgebend ist, ist man hier richtig.

Please be aware and never book this hotel! It should be closed by authorities! It's not a 3 star hotel! Dirty walls and carpets, old bathrooms, dust all over the windows and footers...

Um completo desastre. Sujidade, pó, humidade e um cheiro nauseabundo nos quartos.

Not pet friendly. Unpleasant receptionist. No welcome, no engagement just a short step out with your dog, no please no thank you. The outside is old and tired. Good location however no captivating in any other way.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt altbacken. Nicht zu vergessen, es sind 3 Sterne in Portugal, so dass einiges gewöhnungsbedurftig ist und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht passt. Der in der Nähe liegende Strand ist toll gepflegt und bietet Platz auch in der Hochsaison.

Zona muy bonita ya animada pero el hotel es un desastre

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und nicht sehr hilfreich! Unser Zimmer war sehr alt und klein! Wir hatten nur eine Steckdose für 3 Personen! Das Frühstücksbuffet fällt klein aus man hat nicht viel Auswahl oft! Das Hotel hat keine 3 Sterne verdient! Ich würde das Hotel neben an empfehlen- Hotel Farol!

Lovely Hotel very handy been just mins from the beach , centre of everything ,shops,near the Farol .love it .nice area to walk around.Nice marked with fresh things and basic emergencies all ways forgotten in holiday luggage.
overall excelente experience.

good but overpriced hotel

O hotel esta a precisar de uma renovacao. Mas tem uma boa relacao qualidade preco e esta bem localizado

Old fashioned, last renovation maybe 20 years back, slow receptionist, bad breakfast.
The only good thing is the view from the breakfast room over the atlantic.
If you have no choice then better than sleep in a car... but not even worth one star. Try to avoid the hotel.

Hotel Razoável, Instalações a precisar de modernização, muita alcatifa...

Estoy enfadadísima con Expedia por varias razones. La primera es que pedí cama de matrimonio, porque tenía la posibilidad de hacerlo,y cuando no me la dieron alegaron que a ellos les había llegado un email de Expedia donde aparecían dos camas (twin beds). Y es cierto, tengo fotocopia de ese email.
Y segundo,este hotel miente al ofertar cosas que no tiene, y Expedia se lo permite. El hotel es viejísimo, el parking gratuito se limita a 13-14 coches,en la calle,y si quieres aparcar búscate la vida. Y en agosto en un sitio de playa a ver cómo lo haces. La piscina no pertenece al hotel,es pública,y hay que cruzar la calle para ir. Sin tumbonas para todos y cerrando a las 19h,ahora en agosto. La habitación no estaba limpia para la hora del check-in,y tuvimos que esperar bastante. Vasos rotos en el comedor, todo muy viejo y completamente dejado. Paredes de papel y una puerta de la habitación que se atascaba y no abría. No llega ni a pensión. Y pagamos 90€ por la habitación. Un auténtico robo por tener al lado una playa en la que siempre hace viento.

Es un hotel que esta bien en todo los aspectos pero nada de especial que resaltar. En cuanto al restaurante bastante deficiente recomiendo ir a comer y cenar fuera del restaurante.
