Cala Ginepro Hotel Resort

The hotel was excellent. The only thing that was a surprise for us is the charge of 7€ per person per night just for the use of the swimming pool, the beach, and the animators. But the rest was perfect the dinner recommendable, and it hats vast options and variety every day. The personal is very friendly.

As we arrived at the hotel we also have been transferred to their second hotel which is located about 700m away. A cleaned and beautiful area but definitely no 4 star hotel! There is no Wellness, no Fitness area and the biggest insolence no WIFI (as indicated when you book it). As I asked for a solution (I had to answer urgent E-Mails) I was told to go the Camping area for a Internet access! I mean??? We didn‘t feel welcomed and I would never ever recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Estivemos em família por uma semana. O quartos foram limpos e arrumados todos os dias. O staff é muito simpático. A animação para as crianças é muito bacana. As areas comuns são boas, mas não tem wifi nos quartos, internet ruim somente em um ponto próximo a recepção (bem longe dos quartos) e tivemos problemas ao esquecer coisas nas áreas comuns do hotel. Um óculos de sol foi esquecido na área da piscina e não foi mais encontrado e uma blusa de frio foi esquecida no restaurante e não foi mais encontrada. Em Contato com os funcionários e recepção recebemos apenas um não encontramos nada e ninguém pareceu se importar com a situação como se fosse algo usual. A dica é muito cuidado com seus pertences!

Spent a week at Cala Ginepro hotel with my family. Or better saying, we're transferred to another hotel called Il Giardini di Cala Ginepro which is 600m from the Cala Ginepro. During the check in I was informed I had to pay 56€ p/p for entertainment and that was not optional. Next day, I wanted to have a towel to enjoy the swimming pool and I was informed the towel rental costs 6€ and 4€ for replacement. Everything should be done through a prepaid card. Nothing can be bought at the hotel with cash or your own card. To finalize the trip, I forgot my jacket on our last dinner in the hotel. I was the last one to leave the restaurant and only the waiters were there when I left. Next day, I asked our waiter about my jacket and him, with a very weird attitude, said there was no jacket when I left and ran away. I made a complaint to the reception but they really didn’t care about it (seems to be a normal behavior).
Wi-fi is crappy and only works at the reception. Entertainment team was great and the food was good but all those attitudes and behaviors during our stay made the trip disappointing.

Meraviglioso Resort servizio pulizia ottimo immerso nel verde

Bel hotel, chambres propre et sdb luxueuse. Le spa ainsi que la piscine intérieure est à 25€ pour 3 heures. Le buffet est pas mal mais le personnel est pas toujours sympa. La plage privée est pas fantastique

Una Location nel segno del relax totale, mare molto bello, hotel nuovo e pulito.
Sicuramente una maggiore organizzazione migliorerebbe di tanto questo hotel.

Nous avons payé une chambre 250€ la nuit qui ne valait même pas 80.pas de douche une vieille baignoire avec un rideau plastique un petit balcon vu sur un toit;Cet hôtel club fonctionne avec une carte pour payer toutes les dépenses ( bar restau ..) que l'on nous a même pas proposée. Le jour de notre départ, ils se sont excusés mais nous l'on quand même fait payer!!

Es gibt zwei Hotels Cala Ginepro. Obwohl wir im etwas schöneren Hotel gebucht haben wurden wir ins andere versetzt. Es hiess, das 'Schöne' sei ausgebucht, trotzdem ist es stets im Internet zu buchen. Frechheit.

7 giorni di relax completo,una struttura moderna pulita ed accoglente a pochi metri dal mare.si puo usufruire di tutti i servizi come giochi campi sportivi attrezzature come canoe pedalò ,oltre ad essere coinvolti da un ottima animazione mai invadente per tutte le eta dal mini club per i piccini a alle attività per i più grandi.
Se cerchi il relax è il posto adatto sopratutto per una vacanza con famiglia.
La cucina è spettacolare,avendo fatto in principio un trattamento di mezza pensione,dopo solo 3 giorni abbiamo deciso di passare alla pensione completa, per l'ottimo cibo sempre freschissimo,varietà di piatti tuttti i giorni diversi,la cortesia del personale e la qualità dei prodotti.

Pulizia, cibo, spiaggia, cortesia. Tutto ottimo. Per visitare i dintorni ci vuole per forza un mezzo proprio.
